Difference between the Superdrol: M-Drol vs S-Drol ?

What is the difference between:

2a, 17a-Dimethyl-5a-Androst-3-One, 17b-Ol (S-Drol)

vs

2a, 17a Dimethyl Etiocholan 3-One, 17b-Ol (M-Drol,Methadrol...)


Both are Superdrol, but the substance is slightly different, why?

One is better?

Sorry about bringing this back from the dead, but if they are the same thing would it be ok to use two different formulas in the same cycle.

I have half a bottle of m-drol(2a, 17a Dimethyl Etiocholan 3-One, 17b-Ol) and half a bottle of my friends s-drol(2a, 17a-Dimethyl-5a-Androst-3-One, 17b-Ol). I was thinking of mixing them and using it for my next cycle but I'm worried that it won't have the same effect.
