Hey guys if I train at 730pm at night what time should I dunk a mdrol? Ideally I want to have it 1 hour prior to training mixed with olive oil to feel full affect but at same time I don't want to be shutdown at night when my nat test levels should be climbing. Strength wise do you guys really find much difference in when u drop during the day?does it even matter? Explain
