Frist cycle please review my plan

    Question Frist cycle please review my plan


    So, this is going to be my frist ever cycle, so I want to start out pretty mildly and this is what I am thinking.
    4-weeks of CEL hdrol
    at 50/50/50/50
    (25mg with bfast and 25mg with dinner)
    in addition I will be taking 2 scoops of AI Cycle Support every day
    for PCT I was thinking AI Post Cycle Support 4pills for 4 weeks
    and a natty testbooster like mass fx.

    My goal is to get stronger put on some muscle and drop my bf% whic is about 14% right now.

    I will also be taking:
    Now ADAM-multi-vitamin
    Fish oil
    CL- Green mag-creatine
    NO Black
    Whey
    Dextrose
    and a joint supp

    Just go 50 throughtout... Might want to run for 6 wks takes a couple weeks to kick in... Might want to look at an anti-e for pct... Nothing wrong with pct support just not enough in my opinion.

    You need to run it starting at 25-50mg/d and end with 75mg/d
    dont take your last serving with dinner. its too late in the day and your natty test is going to be too suppressed. take on serving with breakfast and one to two more servings 1 hr before a workout.
    id go with a natty test booster and either a SERM or reversitol by i force nutrition for a pct.
    id think about running this cycle for 6 weeks to maximize gains since you wont see much at first. hdrol is slow to kick in.
    biggest thing it still diet. get that in check or you wont reach your goals.

    So would 25/50/50/75 be better than 50/50/50/50

    buy 2 bottles, start at 50mg for the first 2 weeks (it needs a while to build up concentration) then increase the dose as you see fit

    most people would be happy with 50/50/75/75/75

    btw if you're 19 you're not allowed to post here and probably shouldn't be running this yet!
