I was just wondering if anyone knows any good books about steroids? What to look for, PCT... pretty much all questions answered. Or are they all out of date? I am doing research for my next cycle. I have done three now, and even though they have all turned out great, I feel like I still do not have a complete grasp on what I am doing. I get most of my information from individuals on here, which is great, don't get me wrong. Many of you are very helpful, quick to answer, and help people who are about to make huge mistakes. Many though are just no help at all and at points just rude because someone asks a question you deem idiotic. I know I might get some hate replies to this and that is fine. Anyway, anyone know any good books?

Also anyone from the Austin area? Just wondering where everyone works out in this city, and if anyone knows a good MMA training facility?
