no....nothing will happen. when i was new though i would think the same thing and did in fact. two methyl compound is not the best for your body (liver) though....but i think those are both "cutters". one side effect might be dry joints.

OK the Methyl E I understand.=2a,3a Epithio-17a-methyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androstane. @ 10 mg 3xdaily.

STANOZABOL from Pharma Pro=([3,2]pyrazole-5 alpha-etioallocholane-17 beta-tetrahydropyranol @25 mg 3xdaily.

Clearly Not 2 methyl products.

I have a bottle of each and was just wondering if it would be best to take seperately? With a break in-between cycles? Or would taking both at the same time (stack) do any harm?

I benched 315 last night 2x! A new best for this 165lb weekling that only stands 5'6".

I've been eating around 3000 cals a day, 750 coming from protien powder and weight gainer+protien.

Also creatine, gaba, some superpump while I lift. and supliment with a good multi vit., DHEA, Trib., maca, BCAA, ginsing, ZMA, iron, 3x a week, fisk oil, flax oil, some extra Vit. E.

I lift 4-5 times a week and have hit a major plateau! I can't put on weight (only 3 lbs in two months). While strength is increasing, size is not-at least not noticably. At first I thought I was over training but I don't feel tired, I get 8 hrs sleep almost every night, some naps. I don't feel sick or have that persistant cough.

Never have taken any PH before, so I was thinking this might push me up and over this stalemate between me and the weights.

I should add that I'm 40 (41 in Oct.) and lifted on and off depending on time due to kids and career since high school. I'm in the best shape of my life, just looking to get a little bigger.

Any advice would help, thanx in advance!

neither of those is a red hot mass gainer. Really if you aren't gaining weight + some of it is fat, then its more a question of calories in than anything. yes something like those can help a little but if you are only eating enough to maintain what you are at today, then once you stop the steroid you'll drift back down sizewise to where you are now anyhow

epi and prostanzonal would not make a great stack...your joints will hate you...plus that dose of prostanzonal wont do anything....just run the epi...thats a great first cycle

Sounds like a plan, the epi! Unless I go with really nasty calories, like a big McD's meal every day I'm not sure I could put in many more cals. (once a week I will eat at Wendys-4 doublestacks=aprox 1300 cals.) Or better yet Papa Murphys classic Italian 5 slices = aprox 1200 cals-better for a guy than fast food, lol! It's just hard for me to get more cals without eating crappy food! I get 4 meals most days, 2 shakes with 65+grams protien, and I feel stuffed all day. I even take an multi enzyme product to get the most out of my food. I may have room for a few snickers bars????

For being 40, and 5-6 I feel like I'm lookin pretty good. But most of you know how it is, once you start you always want a little more.

Any other suggestions? Should I add another scoop of weight gainer to my shakes? Both are 20 oz. with 1% milk 2 scoops of 12 hr Dymatize (42 grms protien) and 2 scoops mass gainer about 300 cals an 25 gms protien, with the milk about 675 cals each.

Aw hell, mabey I should quit screwing so much! It wastes energy!

honestly adding 2tbsp of peanut butter 3x a day is not a lot more to eat, but is around 500 cal

:naughty:So i'm week into this thing and have hit a max on bench 315x2. Muscle soreness a day after lifting is about the same but I have noticed my mucsles feel harder all day and night, and I don't seem to lose as much of the pump a few hours after the workout.
I seem to have more energy (and agression) during workouts as well!

So far so good!

I have also started adding about 1/3 cup heavy cream, 3 tbls. peanut butter, and a big scoop of ice cream to my shakes before bed. Which ups my cal. intake by about 800 cals a day or more.

My joints seem fine. Or at least no change. I have always gotten sore elbows/tendons after working the back heavy and doing shrugs. Shrugs are done with 225-8 reps, 2 sets+315x5 for two sets and then some lighter barbell rows 185, 160, 135 at about 60 and 45 degrees to hit shoulders traps and neck. I usually do all my heavy "pulling" lifts on one day and seem to recover in about 48 hours now, rather than 72. Which I think I can interpret as my body healing/recovering faster.

I have noticed that I am thirstier throughout the day.

All in all, this first stack seems to be helping! I'll check in with an update in a week or so.

I should add that putting on size has always been rather easy for me. I have small joints and am rather short so a little bulk goes a long way. I have also added 2.5 lbs in one week and am up to 168. I always weigh in before I lift, after that first big morning dump so everything is "about the same". While I lift I will go through about 3 20oz bottles of water, the first mixed with some NOvapor.

:18:Hit the gym hard today. Workouts seem more intense. Poundage went up by ten lbs on cable flys, reg. and incline dumbell press. And up 20 lbs for lat pulldowns. Thank god there is a seatbelt! 210# x 6 reps. Weighed in at 169.8 this morning. I don't think the extra calories would add 3+ pounds in a week. And no I'm not constipated.

Adendum to earlier post. My max bench 2 weeks ago was 305 lbs one time!

Going to the vit. shoppe later. Gotta stock up on essentials.

I'm on my weekend now, so I wont lift till Thurs AM. I give my body a few days off in a row to heal, then hit it hard again!

Thats 3885 cals/day. Unless I live at O.C.B. Thats gonna be hard! I'm getting over 300 grm protien, and around 3000 cals. Wow this is starting to hurt my head. Oh well, off to the store for the highest cal weight gainer I can find! Then I'll throw it in the blender with my two big scoops of ice cream, milk, 4 tbl peanut butter, and 4 tbls choc suryp. Twice a day. I just can't force more food into myself. I did mention I put on about 3 lbs this last week didn't I?

Actually 3 lbs in one week seems a little odd to me, but the scale at the gym is digital, and has been pretty steady for months at that 165.5 weight.

Something is happening! Don't think I can get preggers!

I am running cycle assist and milk thistle with this 4 wk plan. Along with my reg. supps of fish and flax oil. Trib, maca, DHEA, a good multi with digestive enzymes, ZMA.

So far only sides are a couple zits. No backny, joint paint (other than the normal soreness after heavy pulling ex.) So far so good. Been out of the gym since monday morning and will resume thurs. AM. I gotta have those three days off to heal, it seems to work out well eating like a pig and sleeping a little extra. I feel great going back into the gym after a long "weekend".

Quick question?? Mabey sorta like pulsing, but any suggestions on PH stack changes during days off of lifting? (3) Or just keep blood levels constant? Pros/cons?

this is not neccessarilly true....i dont need 19 cals per pound....everyones metabolism is different....im 230 so therefore with your calcs id need almost 4400 cals a day....in all actuality i bulk nicley around 3500...if i added in another 1000 id just get fat....some guys who weigh a 100lbs less than me need more cals than i do to put on size....like i said everyone is different....there really isnt a cookie cutter approach....mabye this guy needs more cals...mabye he needs less....but to say exactly 19cals per lb...????

my point is there is no rule of thumb cookie cutter approach...if i couldnt gain mass i would take my current diet and add in 400-500 cals a week till i started putting on size....not shoot for some arbitrary number....

what I do know is muscles feel more dense (could just be my head haha) and 13 hrs after my W.O. I still feel the pump! Also adding weight to each lift this last week has been really cool.

All in all, I'm satisfied so far.

Gym again 530 AM Used to do incline DB curls with 50# 2 sets of 10, preacher curls 65 lbs 2 sets of 10 both narrow and wide grip. Today (again 2 weeks into this stack) incline DB curls with 55# sets reps the same as above. Preacher curls with 95# 10 reps, 85# 10 reps, 75# til failure. Also I superset my bi's and tri's. Rope pulldown up to 130 lbs 3 sets of 12-15 reps.......2 weeks ago I was lucky to pound out 10 reps at 110lbs. And have noticed that when working the tri's, the outer head has a knotted look-looks awsome!

After two weeks I'm seeing some impressive strength gains (for me anyway). And post workout size (all pumped up) is starting to look downright scary. Can feel the lats rubbing against my inner tri's like never before.

I'm doing some studying here on AM and in two weeks will be done with this cycle. I'm going to clean out and detox my body for a couple months then would like to try another cycle starting end of Oct.

Any recomandations for a 2nd cycle? Something midrange. Preferably limited sides, inexpensive PCT.

Oops almost forgot. I weighed in two days in a row now at 170.1 lbs. I'm up 5+ lbs in two weeks! I also want to sleep more, which can't be bad for me.

I now understand everyone pain when it comes to backpumps. I've been sore before, but my back feels knotted! Lifting only loosens it up for a while.

Anyway, still adding weight, to my bod and the bar!

Been doing some research here and am thinking about a late fall cycle (after bow season-can't risk cramping up at full draw on a 12 pointer) and ahave decided on the one+second gear, as it's rather mild. Or Mdrol. I already have proper PCT for a harsh PH, plenty of nolva on hand. And lots of time to plan for this next cycle.

Any thoughts on this? And anything I should add to PCT should I go with the Mdrol?

Weighed in at 170.6....Up 5+ lbs since start. Appitite is good, added a third shake to the routine so I'm getting about 350 gm protien now, daily calories between 3600-4000 a day-and not gaining fat!

Energy in the gym is great, but want a nap in the afternoon.

Recovery time seems to have been cut in half, and even though I'm hittin heavier weights and a more reps, I'm not as sore the next morning....Is it posible to overdo it?

About a week and a half left. I just might hit that 175 lb mark. I can see results in size and vasc. while working out and afterward. So far I am very pleased.

And no real sides, save for mild backpumps, and a couple zits, but never had those bad even in my teens.

Hit the gym today afetr my three days off. It's kind of weird having an audience while I'm lifting. You know, ya see the 4-5 dudes (WooHoo, and chicks) watching while you lift!!
Anyway, I've increased weights on all lifts, and in some cases the number of set or reps depending on how much energy I feel.
I am seeing the size difference, and feeling more muscle hardness and density. Lifts that used to be hard are much easier.

Weightd in today at 172.4 will have to confirm Fri. but that should put me up about 7 lbs in just under 3 weeks.

So far I don't seem to have any shutdown or titty probs. But I have Nolva on hand if needed. Actually from what I've been reading I should take a low dose of Nolva for PCT anyway with this stack of PH's. Also have clomid, milk thistle and another PCT assist type mix.

Any suggestions with my PCT?

Now im in trouble. The GF says my libido is down.....must be shutting down.

But, size gain is nice, up ten lbs. Especially noticable in the chest, shoulders, thighs, and arms. Looking good in the mirror, new veins popping, and muscles feel much more dense.

awesome gains man, PCT is the tough part though, much harder to keep gains during PCT than put them on during the cycle. i usually use a little cialis for first 2 weeks of PCT because your libido will be GONE during PCT if you're anything like me.

i find it pretty hard to both over train and over eat when i'm on cycle personally. but that is just me.

If you had a healthy diet, low in fats and continued exercising, you should be fine. You might add some fat but you wouldn't get fat. And in my opionion, you need a little fat when your bulking and once you have your size, you can begin to cut.

The book I had to memorize to become a certified nutritionist. And as far as you getting fat from adding an extra 1,000 calories to your diet isn't necessarliy true. If you had a healthy diet, low in fats and continued exercising, you should be fine. You might add some fat but you wouldn't get fat. And in my opionion, you need a little fat when your bulking and once you have your size, you can begin to cut.

I'm 40 and the GF is 24, I DID NOT say I couldn't perform, just don't want it 3-4 times a day like before. I'm sure it will come back!!!LOL

Muscle density is great, lifts are heavier, recovery very fast! I'll be lifting 4-5 days a week off cycle, but plan on another after bow season (yes, I had to crank up the bow as I can hold it back for ever now).

Looking at doing an orastan/m-drol cycle next in November. 3 months out-should be safe.

Hey guys, thanks for all the advice and encouragment!!

BTW, I'm looking forward to a few beers in a month!!
