Epi Pulse Cycle: LOG

Hi Guys.
What was going to be an epi pulse, has now been changed into a full on epi
cycle. So far I have done 20/30/40/40/40/40/40.
If I feel/see nothing by day 7 then I am going to hit on up to 50mg.
I am Doing this cyle for 4weeks only.
PCT:
Nolva @ 20/10/10 as it is a light compound
Along side with a test booting supplement (natural).
I am be using 'Cycle Assist' untill from start to finish also.

Id go with reversitrol, I used torem after my epi cycle and i wish I just used a natty test booster but thats just me.. plus i didnt pulse that ish, i ran it 20/30/30/40.. I dont think youll need a SERM if you pulse it.. to each his own tho brother

if you must taper the serm down after 2 wks and introduce like STOKED and run it for an additional 3 wks.. just do your research and trust your gut. Epis a good beginner cycle to get your feet wet with

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to use nolva as its the cheapest I can get, I hate to do things on the cheapest i can get basis but atleast it has a pretty good name for PCT
I might add some STOKED in too cheers for that, I really needed a test booster recommendation !

Write Up

Start Weight: 16 Stone / 224 Pounds / 101.6 Kilograms
Post-PCT Weight: 16.12 Stone / 236 Pounds / 107 Kilograms

The first two weeks, I did not feel much at all, but after that I my weights were going up in the gym, and still are now past PCT. No dramatic changes in my body but a 5.5 kg gain is not bad at all.
I upped calories through pct, eating every 2 hours. managed a few PB's including, Bench Press 1 x 130kg. DB Benchpress 4 x 50kg. Dead lift of 3 x 180kg. Bell Bar Shoulder Press, 4 x 80kg. Bent over row 6 x 120kg.

Next cycle will be dbol and test E probably, but I am still doing research into it.

Overall I am happy with the gains I got off this compound

Here is an overview of my diet (I'm on a cut):
I eat every 2 hours.
Breakfast 40g protein and 55g carbs
every other meal 40/40 carbs protein
penultimate meal has 40/40 carbs protein & a handful of walnuts.
next one is 40g protein a few nuts and a shot of flax seed oil - if I'm really feeling adventurous ill add olive oil to the flax .. haha

Post workout I have a shake (maximuscle progain extreme (it was on offer, otherwise that stuff is too expensive lol)

I have been running Salbutamol & ephedrine (not together cycling) but now going to come off it for the benefit of my blood pressure, unless anyone can convince me to keep on the EC .. I would love that by the way !

Felt good, better than I expected as I dropped ephedrine and caffeine that I have been doing for a while. I had massive pump after too my chest was really red !

dose: 10mg pre. 10mg post.

I'm looking forward to following this one. I was going to do a six week pulse of epi myself but have decided to do a straight 5 week run @30 mg a day. That is if my nolva turns up!

I've decided to change to the 2 week on 2 week off method, and do nolva in the 2 weeks off, as I don't want to be doing a ph cycle while on holiday, and it just seems easier this way.. my nolva should be here next week :nervous:, if not ill have to use my 'phone a friend' life line,
But still follow :D.
I'm going to do start pic's (already taken) after 2 weeks on, after 2 weeks off, after 2 weeks on again, then after a lil pct.

Are you doing a log ? I would like to see 5 week results on a full run.

Haven't decided whether to run a log or not, depends how much time i have to sit at the pc and type **** up! Probably just run a thread detailing my overall thoughts of the cycle/pct, it will be my first cycle of this type.

Ah fair enough, I've just got nothing better to do at the moment so I'm typing my logs up, its always interesting to see aswell isn't it ?
I'm not sure about my nolvadex dosage ? it looks a little low to me but I don't really know how high to run it, I want to do 40/20/20/10
and 30/20 on the middle 2 weeks.

Well... I'm getting slightly irritated that I am feeling nothing.
I kind of want some side effects to tell me that I've got a useful compound in my body.. Lord give me some bacne !!

Any way. Taking it more spread about the day now, decided on doing a full cycle, due to the 'mildness' so far.

40mg per day, 10 morning, 10 afternoon, 10 pre workout, 10 early evening.

It looks like nothing is happening, technically u should see something from day one, no?

I'm just doing it straight now, I am already doing cycle support: 'cycle assist', and have nolva for pct... really doubting pulsing, and as epi is mild any way I now think there is no point. What would you say about doing 50mg/day from the beginning of week 2 ?

nolva is liver toxic, no one can disagree :D, I've got some IDS mass caps, which are natty test boosters, I bought them on a whim, I might just use them when I go down to 10 on the nolva, I'll do my pct as you have said too.. save me a little money too, as I'll have nolva left over haha:006:
I might try 50mg next week, depending on how I feel.

Had some major back pumps. But I'm 80% sure this was due to yesterdays dead lifting, and not the epi.

Still not really feeling anything special from this.. if i don't feel anything by the 6th I am going to commence PCT on the 8th, You will still get before and after pics, but from a much shorter course. This stuff has not given me much faith in PH's I am going to give M-Drol a blast for 3-4 weeks in september on a lean bulk. As i think epi is just too mild of a compound for me.

I'm a little confused. It says you are up 5.6 lbs. after only 15 days of a relatively "mild" compound, yet you say it's not doing anything. You started at over 220 lbs. so it's not like you were a little guy who could gain a ton of weight really fast. Your weight gain is about what I would expect given your cycle.
Is your strength up as well?
I'm not trying to criticize. Maybe you just had different expectations.

The main thing I am going by is strength, which is the same, In my final write up I was going to explain how my weight doesn't really come into the equation, as I don't have a scale (I broke my home one) so I have to rely on one at the gym in the middle of the day, when my weight fluctuations are a lot, as my water intake is high, but varies from day today.. (weather I go am/pm as I drink more water in the pm..)

I'm still thinking fully about stopping or not, I'm going to do some before after shots, and see if I have made any progress, if i have. i will continue.

Alright guys! been away in mexico..

I decided to continue my cycle, as It would be an unfair test of this compound if I stopped too soon.
I haven't logged workouts as I just have not had time.
My eating has been out of control this week, but I had already planned for it, I've put on some fat, but I'm not too bothered, sadly the weights in the resort I was at only went upto 50lbs for dumbells, and there was no bellbar bench set up :(, did the best I could do.
Bought some Clen as its cheaper than chips there! so that should allow for a good bit of cutting soon :D, was sooo tempted to buy some other things, but vials aren't the most inconspicuous thing to take anywhere lol, and I couldn't find any Dbol :(

anyway I shall be logging from now on, and I am going to log my before and after PCT pics when fully finished up after the 7th of august. Tomorrow is my last day before pct

had a good pec workout today, personal best using 50kg dumbells for benchpress :D

weighing in at 16.7 (+0.7)
some is fat due to pigging out in mexico.



on a side note... sore left nut :(

Day 3 of pct...

baaaad jetlag... sooo bad.. I'm falling asleep at 7am waking at 3pm... this is messing up my world as I know it.

pct protocol = 20mg nolva for week 1
10 for 2 & 3

and cycle support

weight is now 16.8, and sitting steady, I'm gonna start full blown cardio as a part of my routine as of august 1st to get my self physically fit physically fit physically fit physically fit physically fit

Day 5 PCT:
still not lost any size/weight.

Cardio makes me ache.. horrible, but I must get this fat off me.
Then maybe dbol/test-e if I can find a source I can trust

I'm confused here - how much weight did you gain?? There seems to be acombination of Lbs, Kgs and Stone floating around..
sorry that was a mistake.
Its 16.5stone, which I have now checked on the scale at my girlfriends house (seems to be the most accurate, which is weighing me in at 16.11 stone.)

I've been using stone for body weight as thats what I'm used to using (in uk) and the weights in the gym are all in Kg's but I notice a lot of people from the US use lbs, so it was meant to be more helpful, but looks like its just turned out to be confusing. . . :sigh1:

So official weight = 16.10 stone / 235 lbs / 107 kg

not much to say today day 8 of pct.

did chest yesterday benched 120kg a few times, happy with that.
did legs today did deadlifting 3 x 170kg and leg press 6 x 250kg (but my knee started to feel funny)
