Halotest 25/SUS500 Log & Cycle

Just started my SUS500/Halotest 25 Stack yesterday (6/1/09) And thought id track it so that everyone can see my progress.

First off lets start with all the supps, diet, and workout info:
SUPPS:
Animal Pak Multi Vitamin (1 serving daily)
MHP Glutamine (2 servings daily)
SUS500 (3 caps daily)
Halotest 25 (2 caps daily)
Cycle Assist (2 servings daily)
Milk thistle (2 caps daily)
Kre-Alkalyn Creatine (4 Caps daily)
Superpump 250 (On big muscle group days)
Pro-NOS protein Powder (2 servings daily)
ALOT of supps..but some are support supps and most are essentials like Multi Vitamins, creatine and Glutamine.
I also have a whole PCT cycle set up but i'll post that later.

DIET:
Menu one:4175 calories, 94g fat, 26.5g sat fat, 530g carbs, 315.5g protein
Menu two:3818 cals, 106g fat, 31.5g sat fat, 321g carbs, 406g protein
Menu three: 4203, 107g fat, 28.5g sat fat, 505g carbs, 336g protein
Menu four: Low carb day to allow glycogen stores to be able to absorb the constant high carb content and allow lean as possible gains.

Workout:
Day one: Chest, Abs
Day Two, Shoulders, Back
Day four: Triceps, Abs
Day five: Legs, Chest
Day Seven: Back, Abs
Day Eight: Bi, Tri
Day nine: off than repeat day one.
Most of workout consists of 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps, 2 min. rests.

Starting stats:
6'0'' 195.5 10% BF
Arms: 16"
Chest: 41"
Waist: 33"
Legs: 24
Calves 15 1/8"

Max Bench: 345

Day one: Chest, abs
Incline DB press: 85 lbs ech DB
Flat DB: 85 lbs " "
Incline Cable Flyes: 70 lbs " "
Machine Chest Press: 255
Abs after followed by 10 minutes HIIT Cardio (done M, TH)

Day two:
Weight: 196 1/4 (Up 3/4 of a lb.)

Barbell Military Press: 185 lbs
DB Shoulder Press: 60 lbs
Upright Row (barbell): 115 lbs
Seated side lateral raise: 35 lbs each
Rear delt bent over W's: 65 lbs each
Barbell Shrugs: 220 lbs
DB shrugs: 85 lbs each

I'll update my body weight, ans weights progress soon.

That Sus500 will shut you down hard brother. I've ran a couple of cycles of SUS500 on bulks and had pretty decent gains, albeit a little wetter than I would have preferred. I think I put on about 15 pounds the first cycle and 11 during the second cycle. Strength increases in all compound lifts were significant. What are you going to be using for PCT? My balls shrunk to like 1/3 of their normal size by the 3rd week of the cycle and libido was non-existent.

Yeah Ive heard that from everyone. Im going to get some HCG here pretty soon and start using that from week 3-4, so my boys are still exsistant!

You asked what my PCT was: I have Reversitol and Testabolan for a PCT in stock and ready to go. and During Cycle I have Inhibit E incase Gyno occurs!

SO PROGRESS Update:
Ive been eating 4,000 cals a day. on a specific meal plan. eating every 2 hours. slow digesting carbs. mono and poly fats. lean meats..you know the works. Fast digesting carbs post workout. with about 40-45g carbs. and 80-90g carbs, fast digesting (white bread, rice ect.)

Ive also been studying these two PH's since March so I know my SH!T. So starting this has been a long time coming.

So now for the Progress after 5 days. (6/1-6/5)
STARTING WEIGHT: 195.5
WEIGHT AS OF 6/5: 200 1/8
*Already gained about 5 lbs!!
Abs have became more defined. I can still get it up. Nipples might be getting a little sore but that might be my imagination. anyways I have on-cycle estro blockers to take to stop gyno if I need to. I have became a little short tempered. And I can still get it up! So satisfied so far. 5 lbs in 5 days!!

Dont know who all is really reading this but if anything itll be good for me to go back and see my progress. I wont be lifting tomorrow (sunday, 6/7) so I thought id post my week one weight results.

Plain and simple: starting weight: 195.5
6/6 weight: 201 1/8 post workout
Just about six pounds in 6 days! We'll see how long I can keep this up for!
