How should I workout while on TREN

Here is a sample, Would this be good? Like.. The reps-sets/exercises per body part
(I work chest twice a week now) Since it's lagging.
BB Bench press 12,10,8,6
Incline BB Bench press 12,10,8,6
Decline Dumbbell Bench 12,10,8,6

&

Back
Chest Dumbbell Rows 12,10,8,6
Weighted Pull ups 12,10,8,6 (With Weight Belt)
V-Bar Pulldown 12,10,8,6
Deadlift 12,10,8,6
than traps.

But while steriods, it should be easy to increase weights.

and recovery should be enchanced.

Just workout hard, any Core exercise problem should work well.

I think mainly just try increasing the weights, and increases the frequency of workouts, if your body has recovered.

Listen to you body.

Dont hit chest twice a week, unless your chest has fully recovered. Doesnt make sense to hit it twice a week.
Just hit it hard once a week. You should, in theory get sore from a chest workout, 7 days, unless you have freaky genetics.

Okay thanks, I just figured i need to fix my lagging chest, But i'll just strengthen my triceps.

Are your stats correct?

No offense at all but if you are asking "How to work out when on?"...... I think you need a little more experience with training before using any sort of PH's/anabolics.

Are you really 6'9" 180lbs? Probably the best for you would be to start eating like a horse first instead of going the aas/ph route. As far as mass building routines, the 5x5 routine would be fine. Search for Bill Star's 5x5 on here and you will get a good idea of how to do it along with an excel spreadsheet to figure out weights to use for each exercise.

Are you a total retard or can you just not read? this is like the 5th thread youve started about training on tren, try learning to train and eat before hopping on steroids

i cant picture 6'9 180.....that cant be true.....i knew a guy that was 6'7 and he was as skinny as a rail at 230.....his upper arms were the size of my wrists....if you truly are those stats i apologize...im not makin fun of you...i was 135 a few short years ago....i am just blown away by that....get steak!

Alright, That's all I wanted to know.
BTW, I'm 5'7, 170-175 8%bf and I have a hard time bulking up, I'm putting up my caloric intake, It's at 4000 and i'm gaining good with minimum fat gain, Will bring up to another 500 to 4500.

I posted in a bunch of threads because I did not know where to post, And maybe i'd get tons of good answers.

And i'm not a noob what so ever.
Just wanting to get peoples opinions on things. And BTW, I'm 19.

You shouldn't do tren when you're 19. Just my opinion but at any rate, you have to be 21 to post here.
