take a gram a day if you do....you need a lot of that sh!t to see results....

yea its good stuff u just gotta have a hi dose and run it 6-12 weeks!

Can you compare it to any of the other ds/ph's out there, or kind of its own, like mild gains and such.

Hi Just to add a bit on this - i ran Bold for 8 weeks at aout a gram. Moderate BUT lasting gains. Never really get the "on" feeling.
