    Any sides with H-DROL and Running/Cardio?


    hey, i've done a cycle of Havoc where i gained about 10 pounds of muscle however i couldn't do any running because my calves, shins, and lower back would cramp severely when i tried,
    I want to do a cycle of H-drol and i really need some personal experience on whether you have experienced any sides during running/cardio

    While on Havoc I..
    -took 3 grams of taurine before and after exercise
    -drank 1-2 gallons of water a day
    -drank a lot of electrolyte/potassium replacements heavily throughout cycle.
    -used cycle assist twice daily

    Some "shin" pumps when I jumped up to 100mg too quick ( within the first week, by the third Pumps were waaaay too much) Other than that I was fine back at 75 and then 100mg the last week or so. Cardio just about everyday.

    Charger, were you cutting with Hdrol? Im about to jump on and was wondering how much it will lean me out. i posted a thread asking this.

    Yep did a 12 week slooow cut, and the last 6 weeks I used H-drol in a mostly calorie def. I have like a tiny bit of fat left to burn before summer. If you go to Prohormoneforum .com I have some before and after pics of the 12 weeks. In the cycle logs section (GRAMBO).

    Week 1 -6 went form 186-88ish to 179-180
    Week 7-12 Went form 180 to about 190 with amazing strength increases up near some of my best PRs (particularly 225 bench reps) and less fat and more muscle than started with all on the EXACT routine and diet

    Nice, ive got a little fat left toward my lower abdomen and love handles. Hoping Hdrol can lean me out. I was going to do cardio everyday with every other day in 2 splits. Incline walking/running in the morning and HIIT in the afternoon all in a caloric deficit.
