NEED HELP. learned my lesson

im bout to turn 19 i think i have slight gyno
this time last year i was 230 went on a diet i now weigh 167 with 7% bf
i was runnig a PH (EPI-X) for 3 weeks didnt finish the whole cycle. i am running estro-x as a pct and testanon 2250 (test booster) and DETOX LGC i jst wanna get the stuff out of my system. i learned my lesson.
any advise. on pct?????
oh and is there anything i can buy at local gnc or nutri shop for it?

first...did you read the gyno sticky? second...why do you think you have gyno? what are your symptoms? describe the gyno....

thats why im not sure if i have gyno.
i read it my nips are puffy no soreness no itchyness
no secretions. its not saggy. but i do feel a dishlike matter
under my nips

when did the gyno happen....on cycle or after you got off....if its after you got off the epi, than this is probably an easy fix...

i got it be4 all this ph stuff i ask the docs they said it was normal its just puberty
so i thought every1 had it but i took the ph and i was reading up on stuff and i learned about gyno. and i realized that i have a lil bit of it.
was it bad to take the ph ( i know its bad im to young)
but i mean for my gyno???

ok you had pubertal gyno....and then took epi...i got it....if you want to get rid of your gyno i would talk to your doctor about letrozole or tamoxifen(nolvadex)....and before you even ask you can not buy this stuff in a store and no i will not help you find it...your too young...have your parents take you to the doctor...

lol yeah i realized i cant buy it lol
well my gyno doesnt really bug me i still get the ladies and all lol after all its not noticable
but im wonderin if the ph would agrovated it or something???

if it did you would notice now....its not gonna take a long time to happen...and your pct is really doing nothing for estrogen....so like i said if you where gonna have a problem it would have already happened
