Just say some one has done a cycle or two and gains and keeps 15pounds and 10-15% strength gains on average. He gets sick and or an injury and cannot train as heavy or at all on some exercises for a few months and loses most of those 15 pounds. The questions to anyone or others that have been in this situation..... can he RE-Gain all or most of the 15 pounds and strength naturally.I know about muscle memory but does it work if gains were helped with hormones.
