one cc in a syringe is which one:

a) when the top of the rubber stopper (the part of the plunger touching the oil) is parallell with the one cc ilne

or

b) when the bottom of the rubber stopper ( the part not touching the oil ) is parallell with the one cc line

when the actual contents of the syringe hit the 1 CC mark is 1 CC.

thanks for confirming for me i know it was a little bit difficult to explain. thats what i have been doing all along. just had some ambiguity recently i dont know where i heard otherwise to make me question myself but it happened somewhere along the line...

and thats what is critical as some syringes have either a dome shaped or cone shaped rubber.... so even on the "top" part, theres the level at the center vs the level at the outside of the tube :)

or so i've been told ;)
