thats 3 meals.

try eating 5-6 meals and 2 shakes....shakes are not meals. meals are solid foods

Yeah, up that a bit. You're tall, high metabolism obviously, up it by about 500, then by 100 each day until you start gaining fat, then back off by 100 and leave it there for a while.

Don't waste your money bud. A lot of natural supplements make claims like this, yet none of them ever deliver, not to the degree they advertise they will anyway. There are much, much better options than this C9-T11. I promise ya!
