Epistane or M-drol???

I will be recomping or eating at about 200 cal below maintenance. Also cardio done 4 times a week after workouts. Just walking incline at 3.5mph. Which of these compounds do you think I will see better gains from. I am going for lean mass. I heard M-drol is better for bulking... So here is my 2 set ups.

Epi 30/30/30/30

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
PCS 0/0/4/4/4/4

M-drol 20/20/20

PCT
Nolva 20/20/20/10
PCS 0/0/4/4/4/4
(might use some clomid to jump start test)

Before this cycle I will be cutting for a month and trying to get down to 6-7% bf currently I'm at 10-11%. Thanks for any input guys

hey bud

honestly, i don't think you'd get what you're looking for with mdrol eating below maintenance...........

i think hdrol is pretty good for recomp, at least it was for me

Whats your cycle history like?

I prefer mdrol and e-stane both for bulks, so if you are really planning a recomp, I'd look into hdrol.

If you had to pick between mdrol and e-stane for a recomp I'd go e-stane. Mdrol is more potent but is better at putting on mass, so for a recomp I wouldn't want to risk the sides.

it's funny to me the dosages you're using for both.
30mg of epi is fairly low
20mg of m-drol is potent.
