m-drol/s-drol preworkout

For those of you who use this compound preworkout, what benefits have you seen and what dosages have you found effective. Im going into a test e and mdrol run in two weeks, and i am trying to decide how much of my daily m-drol dose i will take preworkout. Just curious my brethren.
