SUS500 week 1

I all, currently finishing 1st week of sus500 use. Had sensitive nipples days 2 and 3 but has since stopped. Week 1 weight gain of 3 pounds but I added 500 more per day from Protein Shakes. Last night felt more hardened and am waiting on week 2 results. Slight strength in major exercises but should hopefully see more results this week as work schedule will allow me some more time while in the gym Diet is good - all lean meats, good carbs, little sugars, no sweets and a cheat meal a week - ok maybe 2 but nothing fast food or fried.

Lift 5 days a week and box three days a week.

190 lbs
