Superdrol the most toxic
Pheraplex is next
Epistane is the mildest of the three but still somewhat toxic.

MY opinion on gains SUPERDROL is the best
Pheraplex is next (WET MASS) for me
Epistane dry gains not as dramatic as the other two
just my opinion

Hdrol would probably be the best gain/side effect ratio, as it is mild and provides great recomp effect.

um phera super and epi are all methyl and there isn't a best because they do different things it depends entirely on ones goals as to what one will be best
