After doing a lot of research and discussions with various people on here, i feel this is the best cycle for me.

My goal is basically is to add 5 lbs of LBM and drop about 10 lbs of fat...

Very Clean Diet....Under 30 grams of Sugar a Day

40/40/20 Diet, and ill have carb up days once in a while.

Cardio 3 - 5 x a week
Weights 5 - 6x a week

A lot of Pre Fatigue Workouts, to kill the Muscle fibers early

I will keeping full log, so Be Ready for Monday :) Stats will be recorded and Pics :)

Week 3: Cycle Assist, 75 Mgs Hdrol
Week 4 - 5: Cycle Assist, 75 Mgs Hdrol, 30 Mgs Epistane
Week 6 - 7: Cycle Assist, 75 Mgs Hdrol, 40 Mgs Epistane, Clenbuterol 80Mcgs
Week 8 - 9: PCT Assist, Clenbuterol 80 Mcgs, 40 Mgs Nolva
Week 10 - 11: PCT Assist, Clenbuterol 80 Mcgs, 20 Mgs Novla

when i did it i started clen at day 1 of the orals. and kept it through PCT.

Ahhh Yesss...

Im Taking Liv 52, Cissius, and 10 mgs of Omega 3,6,9 a day, Glutamine, along with a B-Complex and MultiVitamin.....and 1 1/2 Gallon of water a day :)

I know these will be very dry and lean gains, its what i want...

Im very flexible and my joints and bones are in very good condition...

Let me know if anyone has any other info they would like to share with me :)

no cardio,

diet was 50/20/15 protein carb fat per meal, 6 meals, last meal only protein and fat,

i dont think i lost any muscle becuase i kept gaining strength, however the scale only went down.

DC style training. BF was significantly better, and i was much harder.

IMO, 40mg Nolva is too much...maybe start w/30 and taper down.

Example: Day 43-49 = 30mg, 50-56 = 20mg, 57-68 = 10mg

Or, if you're hellbent on 40mg, maybe try a "kickstart" period of 40mg for a couple days. Two weeks of 40 is too much (IMO).

Alrighty! Might I suggest a taper from 20 to 10mg for the last several days or so? I'm an incremental-type of guy....I have no evidence that what you proposed is harmful, it's just that I prefer more gradients in my tapering. Just sharing here.

Ah, Anavar...yes, yes. What are you thinking for dose and duration?

Cardio Again

I also just did additional 40 mins of cardio 2night, so My weigh in will be 2morrow as soon as i Wake up..and ill keep it like that for the rest of log so its consistent.

Day 1 2morrow 50 mgs of H-Drol..The 1st couple of days will prob be boring for all, but ill try to keep it interesting...If thats possible....Ahhhhh 10 hours till Methyls Yummy

Once again Goals:

Decrease Body Fat by 3 - 5 %, and Increase LBM by 5 Lbs...

Hey Crazy, I've read that Clen could limit strength and size if taken during cycle. Is that false? I'm gonna be starting PPlex and SDrol bridge in February and I want to get really strong
but RIPPED! What would you suggest?

Well..

I must say...I am new to the whole pro hormones/designer steroids....I have done Gear back 6 years ago, when i was stupid and wish i knew what i know now....but... S-drol and Pplex is more toxic then H-drol and Epi....

S-drol has more wet gains then H-Drol

What im doing is very dry gains, hence why i need a lot of support for joints and other....

I would also only do Gear again if i ever got under 10 % , and i feel S-Drol is very Toxic from what ive been reading..if i would ever do S-Drol, Id Rather Pin

I feel work your ass off, and when you have hit a plataeu, or just cant hit that next step then ok, do gear...

I hate ppl who are at 15 - 20 % BF and r like im doing this and that...WHY not only are u not in good shape..but now u will be bloated..AWESOME...Girls are gonna love that and yourself :)

I must say, i couldnt wait to hit the gym today..the blood was flowing...and when i was there i felt like a god...Took 45 seconds between sets, no herky jerky motions, kept to great form and had a great work out...I felt more strength and more endurance than normal today...No Pain, No Side Effects Yet..Diet is great...i will give u more info on diet at a later time..i basically eat the same **** every day..but spice it up...

Am : 50 Mins Cardio and 15 Mins Abs

I have a bad knee so i tend to take it easy on my legs, im still going through Physical Therapy for my Left Knee soooo...weights will be low but large reps and slow

Many have dosed H-Drol upwards of 125mg a day toward the end. Cycles run 50/50/75/100/125. If you feel good and your body is adjusting well you should be fine. Make sure and give your self at least 3-4 days at a specific dose before jumping.
But for a simple answer, NO 100mg daily is not to much. Cheers....

Today Is A Rest Day...Body Is A LiL Sore, The Knee Is Being a Bitch........Just going to eat clean and if im feeling saucy i might run around my neighborhood in the snow...might be fun.....Actually ill prob just do some pushups and situps and call it a day..

I weighed myself for **** and giggles 201.8
+ 2 . 8 since Wednesday...I feel tighter, and more defined sooo i highly doubt its water weight

On the Fat Caliper i was 2mm less then i was on monday which is about a .7 % difference..so im prob mid 12's in BF%

Ahhh...Was Going to work out Legs today..but i thought i would give my knee another day off, 2morrow will be Cardio and Legs...maybe even something else..Not Sure...I also did legs 5 days ago, just never logged it.

Well...Looked in the mirror im getting more lean and im adding weight so thats always a good thing...Im Fuller Looking as well...Diet is fantastic..I slipped on one meal yesterday, cause i didnt know what exactly was in it (Shift Meal @ Work) so i did an extra 5 mins of cardio to make sure the extra sugar i took in was accounted for.....Took 50mgs during am After cardio and going to take the other 25mgs at around 8...Weeeoooowwww...

Am: Cardio, 20 Mins Step, 25 Mins Eliptical, 5 Min Light Jog, 10 Mins Abs

Pm: Legs and Forearms..Once again i go light on Legs cause of my left knee dont want to hurt anything again, and im a form crackhead..slow and perfect form...

Squats - 225 x 12, 275 x 10, 10, 135 x 15

Alternating Leg Curls 60 x 12, 8, 7
- Burn Out Both Legs 60 x 7

Leg Extention (not single) 150 x 12, 165 x 12, 180 x 10

Abducters 110 x 15, 120 x 12, 12

Adducters 170 x 15, 190 x 15, 10

Leg Press 360 x 12, 12, 12....Super Super Slow ( 8 seconds down, 1 second up), basically negatives

Forearms - Not going to go in detail, but i did 9 sets for the forearms, culminating 3 different excercises..most are till failure, and burn outs...It was so bad today after i was done, i couldnt use my hands to drive...couldnt grab the steering whell...Ayooooo Palms.......Might be an update later 2night prob not...

Will check weight and BF on wednesday morning to see what has changed..i cheated and looked if i put on some weight, and yes i did...but we shall c on Wednesday...

Unique, enjoying following your journal. I noticed you bench pressed 20 lbs more on the 3rd set today getting 265x5. This was 20 lbs more than your 3rd set of 245x6 last week.

What made you start your 1st set at 225x12 versus 185x12 last week? Did you just feel that much stronger or you experimented adding 40 lbs to your first set just for shits & giggles?

How much would you estimate your bench max has gone up in just a week?

Could you give an approximate count of your caloric intake/macronutrient breakdown that you decided on for the rest of your cycle?

I notice the weight going down on subsequent sets for isolation exercises like the shoulder db press/leg curls, but up on compounds like squat/bench? Is this intentional? How long are you resting between sets on both types?

Unique, enjoying following your journal. I noticed you bench pressed 20 lbs more on the 3rd set today getting 265x5. This was 20 lbs more than your 3rd set of 245x6 last week.

What made you start your 1st set at 225x12 versus 185x12 last week? Did you just feel that much stronger or you experimented adding 40 lbs to your first set just for shits & giggles?

How much would you estimate your bench max has gone up in just a week?

Could you give an approximate count of your caloric intake/macronutrient breakdown that you decided on for the rest of your cycle?

I notice the weight going down on subsequent sets for isolation exercises like the shoulder db press/leg curls, but up on compounds like squat/bench? Is this intentional? How long are you resting between sets on both types?
Ahh....I never really did Flat Bench, actually i havent done flat bench in probably a year, year and a half...but i wanted to change up my chest routine....Press then Fly, Press then Fly, then for decline i do cables, not a ran of decline bench...

I just increased cause i felt the 185 didnt do much for me...and 265 why not ya know

Max Bench..I prob could get up low 3's right now..I hate to Max...I aint in a competition, and i dont want to hurt myself just to say i put up this weight...As long as im getting stronger, and feel good thats all that matters to me

Calorie wise, im still tweaking and debating but i need about 32-3400 calories for maintenance

Im actually going to try 3000 cals at 350pro, 225carbs, 80Fat
which is 1400(45%) , 900(30%), 700 (25%)....Also debating on Carbing up once a week, when im not doing any weights

I also weigh everything to the gram and nearest 1/8 of an oz...Call me nuts, but i believe to follow a great routine it consists of the following 50% Diet, 25% Working Out, 25% Sleep

All the protein will be from Eggs, Egg Whites, Cheese, Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, 93% FatFree Beef, Protein Shake, Almonds, and Peanut Butter

All the carbs will be from Oatmeal, Yams, Mixed Veggies, Apples, Bananas, 15 Grain Bread, Brown Rice, Sugar Free Choc Pudding, MM Protein Shake, and Reduced Fat Cheese It's (if i need to cheat a lil), oh and the occasional animal cracker in my protein shake ( i dont know maybe i like to see lil zebras get blended up in my PS..Weeooowww)

All Fat is from Cheese, Omega's (15 grams), Almonds, Peanut Butter, and the occassional piece of salami



As for Weigh Increasing for Compound Vs Isolation

- Most of my Compounds are done Early in my routine so part is a warmup Ish, and isolation im lifting less weight so the gradual change will be less, and im mostly stronger on the 1st couple of exercises, so i try to push myself and reach new goals.

If i can get 12 reps out of something (2 sets in a row), i try to increase the weight on the last set and if i can get 8 out, ill start with that weight next time.

I also am a sucker for perfect form, i dont sway, i dont cheat, i dont even like spots to be honest with you.

once every 6 weeks i do all negatives...and Destroy my body...I feel those are just insane for your body, but you cant do them all the time, because ur body wont heal fast enough...

Rest between sets 60 Seconds, Rest between change of exercise 90 Seconds...I want my heart rate to be high, and i dont want my muscles to get lazy, always moving...most of the time im jumping up and down between sets in the beggining, by the last set, i can barely move..but thats what i want...when i leave the gym i want to leave everything there...no ahhh i shoulda done this, coulda done that...NO..Thats BS...Don't Let It Happen

There will be cardio today, because my legs are sore, and i feel like my body needed a lil more sleep....Back today at Noon Weeeeoooowwwww... Then work

Body Fat % (Caliper) - 33mm (Jan 7th) - 13.8%, Now 31mm (Jan13th) - 13.2%

So Increase of 2.4 lbs, and Down .6% Body Fat for the 1st week...Ill Take it

Strength Increases Noted as well, and im Fuller and my abs look better....Couple of Comments in the Gym, "Bro, i thought u said u werent going to juice", "Yo, What the Phuck u on", "****, if i didnt have a BF, I would love to see you naked", that was my favorite one, Weeoooww...after 10 weeks i might let her see it

Carbs will be lowered, so i would think a bigger Decrease of BodyFat is in order :)

That would be phenomenal progress, coz jumps like that on db press would normally take several months for an experienced lifter.

My question is did you do precycle bloodwork? I'm only asking because you are running two methyls, albeit mild ones but nevertheless two methyls.
I was considering running Hdrol and Epi, but I am actually logging Hdrol and Tren currently. I have enough hdrol and epi to run that as my next cycle, or possibly the cycle after the next one so I can switch it up. I'll be following this closely, you seem pretty close to my size and BF%.

The only thing i can tell you for sure is that weight goes up a lot easier than it did before...Shoulder strength has increased for me greatly, but i my joints always used to hurt me and now they dont, im using the super cissius so that might be a factor.....and yes..im going for 70s next shoulder workout, hopefully i can do 10, 8, 6 and i would be stoked.....Keep watching..

Blood work i had done about 6 months ago for everything known to man from diseases to heart to everything...Im a well oiled machine.....I smoked for 13 years started when i was 12, quit 25 months ago, so i wanted to see if my body was all healthy......Everything was fantastic, im debating on getting work done in 3 weeks to see how **** is going...i will keep u informed...

As long as i dont drink and drink a **** load of water and keep up on my supplements i should be fine...hopefully...we shall c...I have not experienced one bad side yet..Knock Knock...Perhaps a lil tender in the lower back during a workout, but thats all...All i know is Im Amped all the time.....Workout and info to come in a lil bit...need to eat Weeeeoooowwww

Day 7 - H-Drol 75mgs

I was planning on doing cardio this morning, but i considering i was at the gym 3x yesterday, i slept in a lil bit and gave my body a lil extra time to grow...When i woke up, my body was starving for food so i fed the beast...today was great, happy as a pig in ****...rushing around like a jackass though...had to get bindings for my board, and gym, and work and bla bla bla...regardless i had to rush my Back workout but it was still awesome...and here it is

Went Snowboarding..No Gym, No Cardio..well besides Snowboarding..But Hurt my calf...Figures.....I work out 2x a day, and then i go snowboarding and hurt myself.....Love it...Wooo Hoooo....Due to Snowboarding didnt get all my meals in, but i prob took in about 2500 cals, maybe a lil more...Thats it For today...No Sides..Nothing...Just Angry..but that was because my phucken Oil Burner Decided to stop running..woke up at 2 Am at 58 degrees in my house...NOT COOL...Its fixed now..but still..NOT COOL

Day 12 - 75 Mgs H-Drol

Ahhh..Had a great night sleep, the knee is no longer bothering me, im looking tight and getting some nice veins running through my upper left bicep into my chest...gooood times...Today was back....Very good work out....I did Deadlifts for the 1st time in about 6 months, and lesson learned i will leave deadlifts to the last exercise so i can give it my all because they are killers...i dont know if my lower back was hurting because of deadlifts or if i was getting back pumps with H-drol but it ****en hurt about 30 mins after my workout but then i was fine...painful though......Diet was fantastic....ate prob about 350 grams of protein, 250 carbs and 75 grams of fat (15 Omega)...Start student teaching on tuesday so i will be getting in 7 meals instead of 6 and ill be starting my epistane on wednesday..weeeooowww

Cardio during the Am and Legs at Pm 2morrow..Give the upper body a good 48 hrs of rest...I think it needs it...Debating if i will Carb up 2morrow...We Shall c how im feeling in the morning...Will be doing Arms on Tuesday.....Oh a side note...Just tried MuscleMilk Cinnamon Bun Protein Shake...UNBELIEVABLE...WOW...Seriously....Great ****

Instead Of Clen...

I was debating on not using clen and waiting until April to use clen and perhaps anavar in a small cycle before the summer....

Does anyone have any suggestions for some OTC fat burning agent that would be nice to put at the end of this cycle....

Something i can use a week before the cycle ends and additional 4 weeks of PCT...so something for 5 weeks ???????

Any IDeas?????????

Then there is the student teaching...I can picture it..."Mr. UniqueJustin why are you shaking?" etc... Having student taught before myself, I can't even image trying run something like Clen. On top of all that, your immune system is going to be bombarded from all directions once you are in the school building every day. Running yourself ragged on Clen could be disastrous from an overall cycle standpoint if, no when, you get sick. Finally, running an illegal compound is just a bad idea when student teaching. In the big picture it seems like something to skip this time around. There I made your decision for you:ponder:

Maybe look at albuterol its a bit easier on the body, has most of the same advantages, and doesn't seem to have the negative effects on cardio. Plus you could just run it straight through PCT (w/ or w/o receptor clearing) and benefit from its anti-catabolic properties. Its "slightly" less illegal as well. But again, for the reasons above it might be a good idea to skip it as well.

OTC fatburners, definitely want a non-stim I would imagine during the cycle. I've never tried one of those.

Sesamin

Sesamin is a lignan (a lignan is a chemical compound known as a phytoestrogen) and activates the Peroxisome Proliferator-Activator Receptor Alpha (PPAR alpha). There are 3 different classes of PPAR's:

Ahhh....What a goodnight sleep...Feel like a million bucks when i woke up today...So i decided cardio in the Am on an empty stomach..which i always do...then breakfast and then workout again..today was Legs and Forearms...I know alot of people dont isolate forearms but i think its great...the pump i get..Damnnnnnnnnnn....I barely can hold onto my steering wheel after im done....Its Fan****enTastic..No back pumps or any sides today during the workout...very nice....Knee hurt a lil on Squats, but went nuts on Legs Press...just kept on pushing it was nice....B4 i forget this is a sample of my breakfast..and its the same everyday..

Breakfast: 6 Ex-Large Egg Whites, 1 Ex-Large Egg, 17 grams of Feta Cheese, 40 grams of oatmeal, 2 oz Honey Turkey , 1 tbsp of wheat germ, and a dash of cinnamon.
Calories 550 – 64(47%)P, 40(30%)C, 15(23%)F

Protein Shake Looks like this: 70 Grams of Muscle Milk, 32 Grams of 100%OptNut, the reason is MM has 12grams of fat, but i also toss in omegas, so i dont want fat to be that high but i want more protein, 5grams Glutamine, and teaspoon of omega 369
Calories: 460 - 56(48%)P, 20(17%)C, 18(35%)F

So those 2 are 1010 - 120P, 60C, 33F....

I think the right balance for me is going to be 50/30/20

The Fat is High, but because of all the Omegas...and carbs will increase greater than the fat cause i will be having Fruits (Apples and Bananas) and Veggies (Fiberous(Broc, Carrots, Zuchhini, Mixed Veg) and Starchy(Yams))

Leg Press (feeling really saucy..was amped at this point) 405 x 12, 495 x 12, 585 x 8, 675 x 4..Weeeeeeeeoooowwww...Could barely move after this...Last week just did 360 for 12...maybe i was just a biatch last week who knows...

NOTE: there will prob be no more cardio in the AM cause i dont feel like doing cardio at 5 am...so i will be doing 20 mins of HIIT after every weight training, except for Legs.....And Maybe Sat or Sun we will have Cardio on an empty stomach...Weeoooowww...Weigh In 2morrow...ahhhh a lil tease..i decided to weigh myself today..206 in the am...and i look leaner so if thats the case thats a 7 lb increase in 13 days....NUTS...with some bf losss, and no bloat...Hmmmmmm...Interesting I Must Say.....And My Diet is only going to get cleaner now..cause i aint playing around..

Day 14 - 75 Mgs H-Drol

OoOo...Today Sucked...4 Hrs of sleep...Starting teaching...Dead tired.....forgot my food at home, so diet was a lil off, but didnt eat bad, just didnt eat a lot, but im trying to get another meal down before i go to 2 bed 2night....and actually my workout was NUTSSSSSSSS....even with no sleep it was great...I start Epi 2morrow 30mgs...and im going to take my weight in the morning, because i woke up late today, because im a jackass :)

Literally couldnt move anymore....I had more vascularity then previous workouts...left arm vein was buggin out....Good times...
