I'm reposting a little something from the Supplements section of BB.com:
"fog88 says: Okay, it's pretty much common knowledge that dietary fiber binds cholesterol in the digestive tract, lowering the amount that gets absorbed into the bloodstream.
Well, cholesterol and all other sterols (including ProHormones, ProSteroids, etc.) share the same basic 4 carbon ring structure, with different side groups.
Would it be safe to say that taking PH's with a fiber containing meal would lessen the amount absorbed into the bloodstream?
I know that this probably applies only to orals, but all the same, is it a legitimate concern? I'm planning on using 1,4 diol for my next bulking cycle after the summer and I love veggies.
