Well, I have been out of the gym for over a month. Ripped some crap in my right arm, unable to lift...blah blah.
anyways, I ran a cycle of hdrol over the summer and had decent results. I ran it 50/75/75/75/100. Good gains, lost fat...was fairly happy.
Looking for my next cycle up. I am going to start in January and hopefully it will give me a good boost when I get back.
I want to add some mass and lose some gut fat (which I know diet will help with).
I have considered running hdrol again....or possibly havoc? Any other suggestions?
PCT will be a SERM. I will run my cycle support and post cycle support as well.
