    Citys H-Drol cycle Prep (review please)


    I have decided to subsitute OT with H-drol as it may be better option for my goals, heres my goals and cycle, pct outline.

    About me
    - I am 5'8 155lbs with a layer of lard over my abs that epi left me with.

    - I am a very hard gainer and have been busting my balls this year to break 150lbs. My diet has been anything and everything but I will correct this during cycle to try and lean bulk.

    - I have cycled a few times and always lost all my gains in pct even with use of a SERM.

    - I will be running this cycle with very minor gyno, and am very prone to getting it as well. ( please keep this mind when advising on my cycle)

    - This cycle is to get me ready for up coming movie roles and photo shoots, so you can imagine how careful I must be with this cycle.

    Goal ( I will be posting pictures up before cycle begins)

    - Add 10lbs of muscle, lose few lbs of fat.

    - Lean out to a 6 pack.

    - Keep all my gains

    - NO HAIR SHEDDING! its why i picked h-drol

    - No aggrivation of gyno.

    Cycle

    Week 1-5

    - Hdrol: 50/50/50/50/75
    - Finasteride: 1mg ED
    - Hawthorn Berry: (dosage needed)
    - Milk Thistle: ( dosage needed)
    - Xandrox 15: 2 applications, morning. night.

    PCT (ok guys ill need most imput here as i never seem to be able to keep my gains and my pct's have always been on the dot.)

    Week 6-9

    - Post cycle support: 2caps, am. 2 caps pm.
    - Finasteride: 1mg
    - Creatine Gluconate
    - 6oxo: starting on week 7
    - Clenbuterol: week 8-9
    - IGF-1lr3: (This is opitional at this point.) 40mcg split 2 injections into muscles worked within 5 min of workout. Im fawking terrified of intestinal growth which is why this is optional..

    I have a bottle of M-drol laying around but honestly dont know how or if i should use it with this cycle, I was thinking of either pulsing it 3 days a week or just bridging. Remember I will be getting pics up so you guys can have a better idea and hopefully better advise lol.

    I will be logging this cycle and be paying close attention for any hair shedding or other side effects. I will not begin the cycle until it has been perfected.

    Why are you using any "assistance" when you only weigh 155lbs at 5'8" and admit that you still have fat? You don't sound like a hargainer, you sound like you are undisciplined.

    I started working out at a pathetic 125lbs. Its very hard for me to gain while keeping fat off, and if you read up above I am trying to recomp as fast as I can to land a few roles which I have less than 3 months to do.

    i agree.

    OP ur diet needs to be perfect. adding 10lbs while losing fat is not very possible with this cycle.

    most gain about 6lbs from Hdrol and considering ur basically wanting to "recomp" i dont even see u gaining 6lbs.


    get ur diet in check!

    There's no reason to be using assistance at 155lbs unless you are like 5'3". Get up to at least 175 at like 7-8% bf or like 195 at 15% before you consider using assistance. at 155 even if you are at 6% you are still skinny as hell and have no business using any sort of steroid.
