HORRIBLE forearm cramps on test...

the same thing happend on my ph cycles...horrible cramps in forearms during the day and sometimes painful when lifting. does anyone else experiance anything similar? im on test e btw

inject directly into the forearm....this will aleviate any cramping

i get these, especialy when doing concentrated curls or deadlifts. it gets to the point where i can not fully grip anything, and in my experience ther is nothing to do about this except enjoy the insane pump.

no, they only hurt right after, not really during.

as for the reputation... i dont really consider an online reputation something to worry about haha. id rather worry about my real life reputation
