    CEL HDrol w/ 11-OXO Bridge ? Goal = Recomp


    Hi Guys,

    I have 2 bottles of 11-OXO and 2 bottles of CEL's Hdrol at my disposal for an upcoming recomp cycle.

    I need to shed about 10lbs of fat over the next 2.5 months and of course wouldn't mind gaining LBM in the process. Should I do an 11-OXO bridge after my 5 weeker of Hdrol, or should I cut for the next 3 weeks using the 11-OXO/Leviathan Reloaded/DCP and then start the Hdrol?

    I'm currently 6ft and 210lbs. Need to drop about 10 lbs of fat over the next 2.5 months to get the abs showing better for my cruise and I'd like to harden up a bit in general. What would you do if you were me?

    Bottle's of Supps in my closet:

    2 CEL Hdrol
    1 Act Xtreme
    2 Leviathan Reloaded
    3 RPN DCP
    2 Stoked
    2 11-OXO
    Bulk Forskolin
    1 ATD

    I also have all the needed support supps. NEVER done a cycle before... just fyi.

    All input welcome.

    what are ur stats? whats ur diet look like?

    I personally don't see why you would need the 11-oxo at all...

    Train hard/eat very healthy/lots of cardio......oh yeah...and the H-drol and you should do fine..

    Just my 2 cents...and remember that the training and diet will make all the difference

    207lbs

    Not sure on bf%, but top abs are becoming visible. I'd guess around 14%; I know the six pack starts getting quite defined when I'm about 195.


    Eating 6-7 small meals a day... about 60/20/20.

    I already have all the supps I listed (including the 11-OXO) in my possession, so I was just trying to find a use for it. Anything that will help is great, because I'm on a limited time line of 2.5 months.

    I'm planning on running the bottles of DCP during my cycle for sure to aid in the recomp.

    what about PCT?

    for a first cycle I would stick to just the H-Drol. no need to complicate things when you don't know how you'll respond.
