All right, I'm currently trying to gain wait and size. I want to run what I'm doing as far as supplements and routines and see if anyone has any suggestions or advice for me.
I take Sci Fit 2A.D. and H4, along with fish oil, milk thistle, and a multi vitamin. Also take a weight gainer after work outs.
The work out I do is:
Monday: Chest and Back (barbells), Abs front
Tuesday: Bicep and Tricep,
Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs, Abs side
Thursday: Chest and Back (dumbells)
Friday: Bicep and Tricep, Abs
Sat and Sun: Off
I'm currently pretty small, about 150 lbs, and have seen good results so far in only 3 weeks of starting this cycle. I have gained 5 lbs in that 3 weeks so far. I just want to know does this sound like a good plan so far, any suggestions on any changes?
