You should not be using Clen during pct no wonder your losing lbs
hey guys i am day 9 into my pct of the pheraplex/SD bridge... and i have dropped a good 8 pounds and it even looks like i gained a little bit of fat despite my great diet. I am using clen along with nolva for my pct and every mourning i wake up i keep losing a half pound to a pound. Last time i ran SD alone i only lost 3 pounds why am i losing so much weight. Protein intake is 1.5 times bodyweight and i gained about 20 pounds from the cycle but it looks like 10 of it was water maybe 3-4 fat so i only gained about 6 pounds of muscle? People say i dont look smaller since pct but i lost like 8 pounds i have to be... im really upset about this ... any one know what is up?
clen is anti catabolic so i figured i can eat a good amount and not gain fat i heard tons of ppl use it in pct ...?
clen is great addition during PCT so you can keep your calories up high with minimal fat gain, during PCT clen should be no higher then 40mcg a day and cardio no more then 2 times a week.
your doing things right bro, keep your calories high, remember your eating for your new weight,
**** i got the clen at like 120 but im still eating protein every 2 hours.. and im eating my complex carbs just around my workout time and breakfast .. im not cutting at all either.. becuase when im done with pct i will start to carb cycling.. and i have done cardio just one mourning for only 20 minutes.. i always eat every2 hours i make sure i get protein and make sure im never hungry.. but i just do not know why my weight dropped like 9 pounds i dont know if im losing size though..
damn... i thought it would just help to prevent me from gaining bodyfat especially since i havent done cardio really and also because i knew my diet would be right on where i give my body a constant supply of protein throughout the day..so i pretty much just *ucked up my whole cycle =(
yea i know i figured it wouln't hurt my muscle if i ate alot and didnt do cardio.. but guess im wrong.. so my cycle was pretty much a waste..
The last time i used clen i lost weight immediately but looked flabbier. I think it's because the fat was being liberated and this caused it to "loosen up" and sag a little bit more.

drop the clen to 40mcg, and run it everyday,
the 2 on 2 off does nothing for the receptors,
same with 2weeks on 2 weeks off,
so stick to 40mcg, and just keep it at that, increase your carb count to 5 meals surrounding your workout.
thats what i am going to do.. but would muscle memory kick in with the muscle that i possibly lost or no?
