Definitely gross and unfortunate for the man involved. The article fails to mention that his Acne Congoblata is an inherited trait. He would have likely had bad acne with scarring (maybe not as bad as pictured) even without the use of AAS.

250 mg Test E twice a week is a common first cycle, this guy is not typical. The tone of the writer sounds like he already "knew it all" and just wanted to publish.
