I haven't been in the bodybuilding scene for a while now and am back into it.
I have a good amount of experience with PH and real gear but its been at least two years since I messed with any of that stuff.
Next month I plan on going with some PH and before I decide on what I am going to buy I want to have some solid support while on it.
On my old list I have the following:
Milk Thistle
Red Yeast Rice
Saw Palmetto
Multivitamin
calcium/magnesium/zinc
Ester-C w/ bioflavinoids
Joint support stack
What's new or what else should I include with my support vitamins/supplements? Thanks
