Best transdermal

Can you tell me what the best trasdermal would be. I was looking into taking Nor-Diol with 4-Diol as rec by Big Cat. Anything comparable? Any advice? Is transdermal the best way to take them? Is this the best combo? Thanks

Big Cat's articles are a good place to learn, but his first article is a couple years old. The PH/PS world has had a lot of new products come out since the first article. His third article seems like it was written shortly after 1-Test was released so it was written before there was a lot of feedback in the form of cycle threads.

My recommendation would be to read all of the stickies in the prohormone forum right here on AM.
