Anyone used AA and 7-spray? I ask because I have some 7 arriving today but I have just learned of AA and it intrigues me greatly!

Run 7 spray all the way through. Take some time off, then run AA. Like Matt said no real reason to stack the two and could have diminishing returns.

Just to add with the application process, I always take a shower with Java soap before applying any of the topicals. I think it works best when the skin is exfoliated.

Are you talking lower back fat, or upper?

Both really - from nipple height (on back) centre spine right down as far as the back goes. Still have side flab and ab fat (all surface fat) but think maybe because I had so much little on my back I saw quicker results.

AA will be fully absorbed in 2-3 minutes. ES takes a bit longer, which is why if you are going to use both be sure you apply AA first.

Tough call....UR Spray is systemic. I would simply avoid the overlap.

Ok question? I just received my Aa. Do I apply once in the morning? Or twice per day? I wake up at 4am and I don't workout till 2pm. Should I take it an hour before workout or when I wake up? I don't shower before going to the gym, I'm obviously at work. So what's the best way? With eviscerate I took it as soon as I woke up. So not sure how to dose this one.

Abliderate Advanced has little to do with workout time.

I recommend one application in the morning, after shower. A second application in the evening before bed is optional.

Depends which product you are absorbing.
