If you avoid the abdominal area I think you will be pleased with the hardening effects of the 11KT.

Matt I had a LOT of back fat loss, do you reckon this was down to AA or ES? I was using them at the same time, want to know which to continue with longterm as both are too expensive for me. As I don't think it was VAT, I'm assuming it was ES? Any news on the burn free version? It kills my eyes!

11KT spray uses a systemic carrier. There is ZERO reason to apply right to the abs. In addition, overloading the abs (by using both products on top of each other, one designed to be local the other systemic) will hinder absorption of one or the other.

Too much cortisol suppression. 7 Spray will reduce overall cortisol, and AA will further reduce it in adipose tissue. You might wind up regretting the stack.

AA will be fully absorbed in 2-3 minutes. ES takes a bit longer, which is why if you are going to use both be sure you apply AA first.

Just to add with the application process, I always take a shower with Java soap before applying any of the topicals. I think it works best when the skin is exfoliated.

Ok cool. How about avoiding certain supps? I'm currently on week 3 of Epi and im going to incorporate it for 6-8 weeks. After 3 weeks going for 3 weeks of stano 200 than on to erase pro which obviously helps with cortisol as well, does it interfere with any of them and if not what others does it interfere with for future reference. Btw ur super quick in ur replies. Good job buddy. And Thanx!

Yea I did this as well when I took eviscerate.
