    jumping back on cissus + focus +zma stack


    so i havent taken any supplement for the last 2 months due to me being on meds due to my injury

    super excited to get back to gym and using the supplements once again

    i agree .. been very patient with the recovery .. gonna go slow for the 1st month .. then hit it hard with xgels & agmatine lol

    Just started cissus and ZMA yesterday. Never tried ZMA before, hopefully it helps me with sleep cause i am tired 24/7 fuuu

    Have you taken ZMA before? What do you notice from it? I took it years and years ago can't say that I remember if it helped with sleep or not. Noticing anything yet?

    yup ive ran it many times .. i love ZMA, as i said above stack it with phenibutXT (not everyday ..or youll build tolerance on phenibut)

    As of right now im going pretty light for remaining of the month .. joints feel good, getting great sleep high libido ..looking fwd to march lol

    Elbow been ****ed for like 6 weeks now. Depressing as hell, especially since I am cutting now. Hopefully this cissus kicks in soon :/
