Is RK-500 Xtreme Raspberry Keytones best dosed one cap 30 mins before breakfast, one cap 30 mins before lunch, and one cap 30 mins before dinner? Or better to time a dosage at bedtime?

Solid dosing scheme IMO.
I personally wouldn't dose it pre-bed.

Thanks!
that's how I did it. No problems dosing it before bed for me but I'm pretty tolerant.

i just ordered some of this to try out, im excited!
That dosing is fine. I dosed it the same way and also took one prior to bed and had no issues.
We carry a lot of different products, and not everything will line up with everyone's goals. I myself have tried them all over the course of many years, but I did so when they fit into the plans I had for diet and training.

Should RK-500 be cycled? I've gotten different responses from different people. I'm on my second bottle taking three caps a day. Thanks.
