Hey Guys! Welcome to my first PH log.

So I've been on this site for about a week now and I've decided I am going to run my first cycle of Finaflex 1-Andro after reading a ton of great reviews/logs. I am 21 years old, and I've been lifting for a solid 3+ years now. I am 6'2 and 180 lbs.

Background: Now, before I get any criticism for starting at such a early age (and early in my bodybuilding career) I want to give you guys a little background info about myself as it might be valuable information to know when reading my log. I ran Varsity cross country and Track in high school for 3 years. I was 6'1 and 150 pounds in high school... During my senior year of high school I hated how skinny and lanky I was and I decided to give weightlifting a chance. Three years later I've put on about 30 pounds naturally, my strength has gone up significantly, and I look a lot different. Although I am 6'2 and 180 lbs I am still very lean but muscular, I just lack size/mass which is why I want to run a cycle.

Cycle Info: I am going to take 2 caps of Finaflex 1-Andro for 4 weeks; 1 cap AM, 1 cap PM. I am not too sure when exactly is the best time to take the caps, so if anyone knows the best times, or spacing I would appreciate that. For PCT I am going to take Finaflex PCT Rev Black, 2 Caps daily for 4 weeks.

Diet/Supplements: I am gonna aim for 3500+ Calories a day and 250+ grams of protein. If I build up the insane appetite that I read about, I will say **** it and eat as much as I can. I am not too worried about carbs and fats as I am looking to put on weight. I am going to take 100% Whey Protein (costco protein) 3x a day, creatine, and Jack3D advanced formula pre workout.

Workouts/Lifts:

Monday Chest: Incline Db press at 70lbs 3 sets, 4-6 reps

Tuesday Back: Deadlifts- 135 lbs 1 set 15 reps; 225 lbs 1 set 10 reps; 275 lbs 1 set 6-8 reps; 315 lbs 3 sets 2-4 reps
Seated Low Cable Rows- 120 lbs 1 set 10 reps; 140 lbs 1 set 8 reps; 180lbs 3 sets 4-6 reps

Wednesday Shoulders: Shoulder Db press- 60 lbs 3 sets of 4-8 reps
Standing Military Press- 95 lbs 3-4 sets 6-8 reps

Thursday Legs: Squat 135 lbs (super low) 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Other days I'll squat 185-205 for 3 sets of 4-6 reps

Take the first cap of andro with breakfast and the second cap eight hours later.

if weight gain is the sole goal, then I have a feeling you will be needing to add more cals in
also - saying you will have 3 protein shakes/day, really does not do anything for me....I would rather see you eat as much real food as you can (nothing against protein powders, food is just my preference)...if you are intent on the shakes, perhaps add some extra cals in them, ie oats, peanut butter, heavy whipping cream etc

I will definitely up my calories, but my two goals for this cycle are to put on weight and to gain a couple pounds of nice lean muscle in the process.
As far as protein shakes go, I completely agree with you. I basically eat as much real food as I can. I just take my protein shakes after meals for extra protein and calories. My protein shakes are not meal replacements by any means, they are just to supplement my diet so that I know I am getting a good amount of protein through out the day ( 1 after breakfast, 1 after my workout, and 1 before bed). Trust me, I love my chicken haha.

Hey guys! Last week was a really busy week and I didn't have much time to sit down and log every day. So here is my first update:

So today is day 6 for me. I worked out back on tuesday, chest wednesday, legs thursday, back again on friday, rest day/cardio on saturday, and today I am about to hit shoulders. Nothing really changed during my workouts in terms of weight, I did however notice a little bit of endurance as I was able to complete 4 sets on all my lifts fairly easily without burning out.

As far as sides go, I have noticed I am able to get around 8-10 hours of sleep at night and still feel a little tired when I wake up, which is kind of unusual. I have been eating A LOT more, like I have an increased appetite and I have to eat every 2-3 hours. I have also noticed my abs are coming in a little bit better, not sure if the Andro has anything to do with that already but my mid section does like pretty nice.

I will do a more in depth log next time I post, but for now my lifts and body weight has stayed the same so far. I can't wait to see what happens this week.

Hello again!

It's March 1st everyone, and that brings me to Day 12.
Here's my workout from the past week...

Monday Chest: Incline dumbbell bench press 65lbs: Set 1 8x , Set 2 6x, Set 3 6x, Set 4 6x
- I can normally do 70lbs but I didn't have a spotter :/
- I noticed I could bust out more reps, and more sets on the highest weight with out feeling too fatigued
Tuesday Back: Started out doing Dead lifts; Set 1 135lbs 15x, Set 2 225 10x, Set 3 275lbs 6x, Set 4 315lbs 4x, Set 5 335 4x, Set 6 335lbs 3x, Set 7 335lbs 3x, Set 8 315lbs 2x, Set 9 225lbs 10x, Set 10 135lbs 18x
- My 1 max PR is 345 and I was repping 335 with out chalk or straps so I definitely am seeing strength and endurance gains on my dead lifts!
- My forearms and biceps were extremely pumped that day too, probably one of the best pumps I've had in the gym so far.

Wednesday Rest day

Thursday leg day: Squats Set 1 95lbs warmup 10x, Set 2 135lbs 10x super deep, Set 3 155 8x super deep, Set 4 155lbs pause squats, Set 5 185lbs 6x, Set 6 185 6x, Set 7 155lbs pause squats, Set 8 135lbs 10x , Set 9 135lbs 10x
Hack Squats: Set 1 2plates 8x, Set 2 3 plates 8x, Set 3 3 plates 8x, Set 4 3 Plates 6x
- Finished the day off with leg extensions, standing calf raises, and hamstring curls

Friday Arms - 35lbs dumbbell curls seem light, but I like to squeeze at the top of the contraction so I didn't move up weight. My arms had a great pump and I could see new veins in my forearms, shoulders, and biceps. I love it.

Saturday Shoulders: Military barbell press Set 1-4 at 95lbs for 6-9 reps

Overall, I am coming close to the end of Week 2. I am really excited to see what week 3 brings as I have already been seeing some effect from the 1-Andro. My abs feel really hard and are looking really nice. I am much more vascular in the gym, I work out for about 2 hours now because I can do more sets, more reps, and more exercises with out feeling too fatigued. I also implement drop sets and super sets in the gym to keep my muscles guessing, as well as to keep myself moving and doing something.

I've been eating a lot more, drinking my protein, and getting A LOT of sleep. Like 10 hours every night. Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated on this weeks progress!

Enjoying the detail as well and I'm totally jealous of your 10hrs of sleep a night lol.
