Ok thanks for the advice. I think ill def split things up. You guys think I should give each muscle group a day or 2 groups a day? I've done full body so much not real familiar with splits of any other routines.

Shoulders, Traps

I am currently doing:
Legs
Chest/Shoulders
Back
Arms
You can also go with a Push, Pull, Legs
Push: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Pull: Back, Biceps, Traps
Legs
1 or 2 rest days and repeat.
The combinations are endless and effective. See what appeals most to you and give it ago. The fantastic thing about this sport is you can and should make adjustments along the way.
