Just think it's amazing to see it taken to such a level as being displayed here. I've calculated, weighed, timed, etc everything in my diet before for fat loss purposes and can achieve very good results however, seeing 4k - 6k clean calories consumed per day to gain lean mass like Snags is doing is really something to marvel at. It's the ultimate goal for so many and very few can achieve it. Inspiring to say the least

Why do you guys eat pop tarts? That **** is straight garbage..
I'd rather eat some rice, potatoes, or if i'm carbing hard- pasta..
If i'm really feeling breakfast carbs I'll go for pancakes..

you know tho: pop-tarts are actually the choice of more than a few successful bb'er, for postWO timeframe..
low in fat, right kind of sugar, and not too shabby on taste (if you go for that sort of thing)
as a lifestyle and healthy choice tho, all things being equal -- yes I agree with the fare you mention as preferable
