Hello all. As some of you noticed, i have been deemed worthy of logging for a great company here at AM, Finaflex. They have given me the great pleasure to log their Max Pump product. its based off of a 3000mg serving of nothing but betaine nitrate. I will say i was lucky enough to log another companies pwo that brought nitrates to the table in our lifting world and i absolutely LOVED it. I cannot wait to try something with an even bigger dose and totally devoted to pumps with no extra crap.

im just getting back into the groove of things so the first week or two of this log wont seem too spectacular numbers wise. i expect great changes by the end.

lift schedule- Monday- arms with a hint of squats- legs are laggy
tuesday off
wed- back with a few sets of biceps at the end
thurs-shoulders n chest
fri/sat full blown legs day

i missed monday this week so i'll be picking up this evening on back day. i did arms tuesday.

diet info. well i honestly planned to stick to a 40/30/30 style diet BUT i think around week 3 or 4 of this bottle i'm going to do a few low carb days to really see how well this product shines with very little carbs.

last night was back day. i popped the recommended dosage of finaflex's MAXPUMP 30 minutes PWO with a small protein/carb meal. i did notice one thing that bothered me a little. i had severe (6 tums worth) heartburn after taking the max pump. i'll be taking them again tonight, maybe a little more food with them to see what happens. its probably just coincidental but i've been mistaken before. about 20 minutes after the pills were taken i felt a great amount of body heat, almost like after you eat a ton of niacin to pass a drug test warmth. MAXPUMP definitely increased my blood flow.

i do need to make note, i did have some SERIOUS veinage last night for being the fat turd i've become in the last few months. great veins in my forearms, and had a bit of a calf pump with veins after cardio. looking forward to dosing later on this evening.

Took the caps. Happy to say no heart burn. Chest and shoulders. 3x10 for all exercises.. Incline, flat Db cable cross rear felt flies lateral raises and front raises. Awesome pump

Pump was/still is fantastic. This finaflex max pump is really growing on me. If I'm getting pumps like I'm direct injecting igf or juice into individual muscle groups I wouldn't be surprised.

Alright Beast! Let's see how this treats you. Taking the MAX PUMP away from food caused a lot of the beta testers the same heart burn issue. Although it seemed to subside or at least go away when taken with food so you are on the right track. Here to support you in your log brother!

Yeah I haven't noticed it again so I'm thinking I needed to take it with a little more food. So far so good though

There is about a five day initial loading phase to see the full effects. It only gets better :)

Yeah the pumps are gonna get pretty crazy. One of my favorite pump products and with the rep ranges you are working in you will be exploiting it nicely!

The bread is what I'm trying to get rid of now... It doesn't love me. It makes me extra fluffy.



Got some stuff to get done tonight so it's an off day from the gym. My lifting partner can't make it Friday so tomorrow will be chest and back and he can hope his delts have gotten good indirect work all week and I'll be hitting mine Friday maybe with another hint of squats.

I've set a new goal. I'm going to shoot for 405 on my 3 big lifts for sets by February. I think it can be very achievable so long as I keep in it.

You got that 405 all day long, you just need to keep hittin the gym. Does the new job have you traveling cause if not I know you got this :)

Curious to see if the pumps hinder your heavy lifts?? I know for me that when pumps are so intense it limits my ability to really max out..
Lol I won't have my strength back by the end of this bottle. I feed off the severe intense pumps and go harder. Call me a sadist...

On a totally different note. I picked up a quantum smoke 7.0:1 and put it on a heavy mojo bass... Soooo sweet.

I used to exclusively fish diawa. Idk if I had bad luck but I kept breaking them. Wouldn't mind throwing a steez though just to try it.

Wish I could manage to attach several pictures in one post. I'm pretty retarded though. This ones for you caz. Little fish porn! Caught a 4lb smallie this weekend too. Those are the highlights anyways. My girl slayed the smallies yesterday. She definitely won the numbers game and is very lucky I let her fish my hot lure and play with my big rod.

Solid leg session beezy! The more max pump logs I see the more I want to try it lol so far, I haven't had a pre workout give me the "pumps" like hemavol has.

You could probably stack it WITH hemavol or another agmatine/cit mal blend to good effect - it's a different ingredient altogether. I may try this at the very end of the bottle if the Fina guys are down to see if it yields an even larger combined impact. I think the pump holds longer on Max Pump tho, fwiw. It's good shiz.
