    First off, thanks so much to Snags & the guys at Finaflex for the opportunity to get my swoll on over this next month with their Betaine Nitrate - everyone knows nitrates are good for a pump, so let's see how 3,000mg of Redefine's blend everyday fills me out over the next 30 days!

    Took the first dose today after work with my preworkout meal, 30 min or so before lifting, just like the bottle says. Smashed some chest tonight after my light squat day, and was VERY full in the chest after the workout. Forearms, not pictured, were just as vascular as if I'd used a good 2g of agmatine. So far, so good! And zero burps or any kind of flushing/headaches/anything to be noted, so that's a big win.

    Yeah buddy! Welcome all!

    Day 3 of Max Pump

    Idk for sure, will see if this continues, but my forearms at work seem to catch a pump FAST, throughout the day, anytime I grip hard spinning a wrench or something (I do most of the heavy lifting for my shop of old guys ). No sides, still no heartburn, & great veins after todays workout - stuff is easily on par with a good dose of Agmatine. Been taking 4 caps Max Pump, 1 scoop Ignite2, 1 scoop Green Mag, & 1500mg Beta Alanine preworkout w/ 1g Vitamin C. This has been awesome these last 3 days, for performance & veins.

    Today hit a full squat of 405 before 435 for a slow, negative partial. Chinups 5x10 bodyweight & Military Press 5 sets of 15 @ 95-125lbs, then 5 sets of facepulls. PUMPED.

    Yesterday was buildup to 380x3 for full squat - ran the belt for that set. It tested me.

    Followed with speed bench for 8x3 at 185-205lbs, then close-grip @ 225 for 5x5, then dips @ bwx20, 15, 14, 14 - 20 full dips is a PR, I wonder if Max Pump is affecting my endurance. Never crested 17-18 dips if memory serves (no kipping or half reps, either).

    5x5 on barbell curls @ 105, 5x5 on dbell curls at 50-55lbs, and a DC set @ 60 - my arms looked RIDIKUHLOUS after this arm workout with Max Pump.

    Day 6

    Sunday was an offday btw, & I'll be lifting mon-fri this week non-stop to stay on schedule since the lady & me are heading up to Chi for the 3-day weekend to enjoy the beach & the jazz festival (nevermind the good eats ).

    Todays workout:

    Bb Backsquat (full squat) 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 315x1, 345x1, 385x1, 425x1
    Db Rows 90x10, 100x10x3, 110x10
    HS Low Row (Dogcrap Style) 90/side x14, 9, 8

    If the total volume looks low, it's because it is - this squat program I've been following the last 6.5 wks is really starting to take its toll. There may only be 1 true workset per day, & the program starts you out light, but it's an 8 wk ordeal & I'm adding 10lbs to each squat workout every week...it's wk 7, & it's getting real. Having to pull back the accessory work this week due to both being busy as heck & just to keep up with this program. Looking forward to 3 days off to recover for the final week. If it goes as planned, there will be a few deload days then a new PR attempt.

    Btw....took this pic like 3 hours after the workout tonight - arms were SO vascular, just chilling. The nitrate pump is fast-acting AND long-lasting with Max Pump, it seems. Me likey

    Thanks brother! I've mainly noticed it while lifting, as I don't dose until around 4:30 or so in the evening with my preworkout meal/shake - but it might be increasing my ability to catch a pump at work in the daytime. I'm monitoring this to see if it's just my imagination or if it gets more noticeable. It hasn't even been a week yet, & I believe Finaflex advocates up to 3 month cycles, with 4 wks being the minimum to really see the full effects.

    Maybe Snags or one of the other reps can chime in with some firsthand experience here?

    Speaking of boners, man have I noticed more prominent morning wood as of late....no complaints here

    Day 9

    Wednesday was basically an off night - ran in, hit my 60% single set of 5 reps (335lbs) and left to meet up with the lady for date night. Still managed to put the max pump to good use. Ba-dum-pah!

    Yesterday's workout:

    Bb Backsquat 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1
    High-box (Just above Parallel) Box Squat - Full Sit, Lean Back, Lean Forward, Explode Up 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 435x1

    Bb Benchpress 135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x1, 265x1, 280x1, 225x5
    Reverse Grip Benchpress 135x17, 13, 12, 10, 9, 11

    As you can see from the workout, it was purely a power night - decided to throw a bunch of light reverse bench in at the end, 30 sec rest in between except for 1 min before last set. Couldn't wasted that max pump fun - endurance was really noticeable here, and my shoulders & lower chest felt hyooooge - people even commented in the locker room how big I was looking lol. MP seems like it holds the pump postworkout longer than agmatine will so far.

    Tonight gotta hit a slow negative partial backsquat @ 445lbs, might do some rows, chins, or deads if time permits - gotta go to a birthday dinner with the gf's fam after, then the two of us are gone for Chi for the weekend - gonna take a few days to let these joints heal & relax/reload for the final week of this squat program. I may not be lifting, but rest assured - Max Pump will DEFINITELY be getting its usage

    Day 13
    Chicago was awesome. Not lifting for 3 days actually had my knees stop aching for a pause, & it was a stupid enjoyable trip - plus I kept my protein pretty high & definitely didn't gain any weight. Just got some good rest & was able to come back strong for the final week of this routine.

    Tonight's workout:

    Barbell Backsquat 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1, 390x3 - this was TOUGH. Wasn't sure if I was gonna come out of the hole on rep 3.

    Speed Deadlift 135x9, 225x5, 315x3x6 sets
    Rackpulls (Below Knee) 445x5, 465x1

    This program is taking all of my effort to complete - what started easy has become a real test. The triple at 390 was serious business, & I have to squat 435 for a single to full depth tomorrow - no time or energy for any more work tonight, this took an hour to complete (partially because my buddy who's wrapping up his cycle of Mag is getting ready to max on dead this week & I had to kind of train him concurrently tonight). The rackpulls were for funsies since my buddy had them loaded already & I'd just finished my speed work - but boy my veins were popping during them with the Max Pump!

    Something I've noticed last few days: after I finish with the lady, it doesn't really wanna go down. Normally, I finish, the show's over - but lately I'm staying hard for a bit even after climax, & could easily continue to do work if I so choose. These nitrates have more than one use, FYI.

    The post-climax endurance continues. And I truly believe it's making a difference in the ability to become aroused. Cialis? No. But will it help? I'm strongly inclined to answer in the affirmative. I know Fina is claiming no such things, but I'd urge someone who already bought some to dose it closer to sexual activity & see for themselves.

    Day 15

    Last night worked up to a full true single at 435 on backsquat...yeah buddy! Afterward did 2 15 rep warmups on the HS Row, then 5 sets of 10 on 3 pps, 3x10 on HS Low Row @ 3 pps, & 4x15 on Facepulls @ 80lbs....my back felt so full:
