i had to laff - I mean we are in the finaflex forum
    this guy....

anyway - yes OP 1-Alpha can be compared to 1-Andro, with the difference being generically:
    1) more absorption, and
    2) more potent
making it ~twice as powerful than 1-Andro..hence, dosing is advised at 1-2 caps daily, personally I would go with 2 caps, split ~10-12hrs apart w/ food

1-Alpha also has a tendency to have more dramatic effects, comparatively speaking, as far as total effectiveness, and reaction to compounded effectiveness (ie visual/notable obvious differences/weight gain/strength etc)

    hope this helps

So far not impressed at all with 1 alpha. 3 weeks into it and not much of anything. Gotta admit feeling a little let down on this product. I'll keep it going till I'm done and post back.

    dosing level being used?
and typically, 2-3 weeks in is about the timeframe where you will start to see gains/effectiveness
don't be discouraged, this appears very normal..is not a methylated product, that will be eye-opening in it's effectiveness
not gonna have the potential health concerns as a methyl either, trade-off is good

    Week 1- 2 caps daily
    Week 2&3- 3 caps daily
Diet has been so so clean around 3000 cals. No fastfood no alcohol. My macronutrient ratio around the avg 40/35/25. With 1 Andro showed results alot faster and the best part I maintained the 4 pnds i gained with no extra body fat.

alpha is roughly same (only better) version of andro, so I don't see how you say what you are saying
better absorption, and you are actually taking quite a bit more active in 1-alpha @3caps, than in 1-andro @4caps
obviously, something else seems to be the issue for you

There are SO many things that come into play. I might ask. What was your training split. What was a rough layout of meals and meal timing. What was your starting bf. Ending bf. Give us an idea on all of those things and I bet you get your answer.

you shouldn't drink milk PERIOD, cow milk anyway..but that is my personal opinion, nothing to do with 1-alpha

did you know humans are the ONLY species who:
    1) drink milk from another animal, AND
    2) drink milk of any kind beyond childhood and into adulthood

milk allergies are frequented by majority of population, well over 50% -- even tho many ppl are clueless to the signs of these allerigies so live in ignorance of their ailment

now do you feel me, bud?

i understand, and i have heard that before. But I don't have any of those milk allergy symptoms, and milk can account for a decent size of my calorie intake per day, since i drink it with every meal and in the morning/night. Plus I just started 1-alpha, and was just making sure I am not decreasing its effectiveness my drinking milk. I thought that you meant milk isn't ideal to drink while on cycle, but I interpreted incorrectly, I guess.

    thanks for the info

Drinking milk won't affect the way the ph works. .... the thing is though IMO you are wasting calories that could be used for more filling and healthy foods.

Personally i would take the liquid fat and carbs out from the milk and sub those for more solid foods instead.

    ^^ exactly

you want more cals tmaxx? start drinking water all the time instead of milk, and having TBS (or more) of natty peanut butter (or almond butter) instead with all these meals....MUCH more quality choice for caloric option, there

    OR - option #2:
start drinking almond milk or coconut milk, instead of cow milk
    winning

    I would agree.

Which is why I'm neither arguing for or against it.

LOL. Im all for drinking milk and eating milk products, it is nutritious and delicious. I was just adding to the little blurb about having access to milk after infancy.
If we got rid of dairy products all together we would be cutting out a majority of the protein supplements out there.

    exactly right
notice, I said this was my personal opinion - not something i'm wagging my finger at you and saying "you should really follow this"
is up to everyone to make their own decisions - and to live with the ramifications of those decisions as well

is the source of those carbs, ie lactose, worthless

boldened is quite debatable and false, in actuality
is nothing in cow milk, that you cannot get easily from other sourcing..in fact, you want to claim you like it cuz it has calcium in it?
then go get some almond milk -- that actually has more calcium than cow milk almond milk also is great source of vitamin E, manganese, selenium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, fiber, phosphorous in addition to the calcium -- AND, this is not "fortified" artificially but rather these are indigenous to the nut milk itself

and nobody said cut out dairy - I said adults can do without cow milk, and most have allergies to it - whether they know it or not

I am not the only one who has these opinions on cow milk -- look around, you'll see this is quite common opinion and shared by a great many in the industry, as well in the nutrition field

to each their own tho, as I said doesn't matter to me what choice you make
just make sure when you try to justify it here, you are factual in your stance -- else, I will catch you and call you out

Rest assured here we are not slamming your choices on calorie sources you choose.

This is merely our personal experience and insights on what WE prefer. Opinions are not facts, they are merely suggestions and not meant to start any arguments.

But if you want to argue I've for a black belt in "Brick Wall"
