    well the morning really sucked.
    woke up with a headache, and eye felt like it was going explode from pressure.
    tried to take my alpha n go back to bed
    end up vomiting like an hr later :/

    woke up, and headed to gym and tried to push as much as i can when the body such in a unproductive mood.

    I like it....but I would also do some barbell rows or Tbar rows

    They really help with the back thickness.

    Struggled with tbar rows myself. Went lower with the weights, concentrated on form and feeling the contraction.

    Now I'm pretty good in them

    Right on. I have done that with all of my lifts this past couple of weeks. I will hit those T bars again and see how I like it without attempting any record lifts
