digging through my stash of stuff lying around, found i have an unopened bottle of glycofuse i won in a contest before. 30 servings on it, should be good for the rest of this cycle yay carbs n recovery.

I dread leg day also, just because of squats. They are so uncomfortable for me, due to my hip surgeries.
But I do them because there is no doubt that they are doing great things for my body.

I mean there a lot of sleep aids, the most common (and imo one of the most overrated and misunderstood ones in existence) is melatonin

I tool a full scoop of G8 the first time and had only 6 hours to sleep, i slept for 8 and was late as sh!t to work.
Take the advice above and work up from 1/2.
