Single Leg Squat 3 x 12
1/2 Kneeling DB Over Head Press 3 x 12x12.5kg
DB Row 3 x 12x12.5kg
Heavy Band Hip Flexor Stretch 2 x 5 Per Set
Lateral Squat 2 x 12 holding a 15kg DB
Scapula Dips 2 x 12
Chest Supported 1 Arm DB OHP 2 x 12x12.5kg
Single Arm 1/2 Kneeling Cable Row 2 x 12
Heavy Band Hip Pull Through 2 x 5
Naked Get-Ups 3 x 5
Push Up Renegade Rows 3 x 6 with 7.5kg db's

Aggression on stimul8 this morning was insane! Sweat was pouring off me and I was determined to keep pushing even when it hurt lol...
