Band resisted push up 3 x 10
Hammer Curls 15kg x 3 x 10
Reverse cable fly 5kg x 3 x 10
Lat and pec stretches
4 x 150m shuttles (1min rest).
Regardless of not feeling great, still put up decent numbers.
Chest and back tomorrow also. Bring on the heavy DB bench and weighted pull ups.
