Dear AM family,

I was lucky enough to get another run of a product for testing that Finaflex has put out.

This is my 7th product by Finaflex and they have ALL been top notch experiences.

I have done many previous logs, so none of this is new to me. I have read everyone's logs so far and I have seen some great feedback so I have a rough idea of how to dose it according to my days.

I have legs tomorrow (trap bar deadlifts as my main compound). I will take 1 scoop pre workout as per instructions, and shall wait to get stimul8d.

I will assess this every 3 days therefore there will be roughly 4 reviews IN TOTAL.

I am very excited to try this product and love the label that it rocked up in. "CLASSIFIED". Initial impressions was clean beta test packaging with clear and concise instructions and a nice sour smelling apple. I look forward to ingestion tomorrow and shall post up my routine each night for the duration of this log.

Lets get Stimul8d Y'all

Good stuff, can't wait to hear your experiences! Love trap bar deads, do you do them on the raised handles or are yours even with the bar?

Just had my 1st scoop in 8 oz water.
Light green colour. Crispy Apple. All I can say is taste, Mixability and thickness of the powder was spot on.

Clean, no powder filler in my mouth.

So far so good

Trap Bar Deadlifts 4 x 3 x 240kg (full ROM)
SS
eccentric calf drop 3 x 8 x 40kg each leg

Travelling Lunges 4 x 6 x 30kg
SS
Glute Hip Bridge 4 x 10 x BW

Side bridge with single leg abduction 3 X 10 each side
SS
Glute ham raise 3 x 6 x BW (tempo 4020)

Prone bridge march 3 x 5 each arm
SS
Pulsing RF Stretch 3 x 8 each leg

Finisher 3 x 150m shuttles at 85%

Only day 1 so ill take it in its stride and not comment just yet but I did have a great workout. Placebo or not, was still good.

So far its great.
Day 2 is a rest day.

Sprints and football last night killed it. I have 2 sessions tomorrow and play Sunday afternoon.

I will try half scoop prior to match to test out its effects for endurance sports.

Yah I got that but was thinking the stim would be something that he could feel right away so he could satisfy my fuggin curiosity :) Keepin me in suspense ... that's not nice :)

I wanted to wait after 3rd dose which is tomorrow.
Didn't yo momma tell you good things come to those who wait hahah.

I didn't get a kick in the balls stim wise but it was rather pleasant and smooth. More focus type then stim for me.
No pump (don't train for it) but my veins were popping.

This is gonna be a big seller for you guys.

Stim wise, I would do 1.5 scoops and that would bemy MAX dosage.

Very happy after first try

CG press 80kg x 4 x 4
SS
Pull Up BW+20kg x 4 x 3

Standing OHP 60kg x 3 x 6
SS
Supine Rows BW x 3 x 10

Face pulls 25kg x 3 x 10

Finish off with some 20m sprints working on form.



Super fast workout. Less rest so that means better recovery and endurance. Can't ask for more.

Very focused after 15 minutes ingesting the drink.

2 thumps up so far. Mini review tomorrow night

This routine usually takes 45 mins with proper rest periods. I did it in 36 mins with less rest, res ipsa liquitor

I'm putting it to the test today for football.
1 scoop 20mins pre
During game will be Gatorade zero and 10g RPG IBCAA
Post game sweet potato and chicken breast with zero calorie gluten free BBQ sauce

Just have to ask, are you shaking the container before dosing? Seems others got a much better kick after doing so.

So here is my 3rd dose review

Stim/energy: 5/5
A smooth yet undeniable burst of energy. It comes on about 25mins for me and one it hits I know I'm getting stimul8d. Clean energy that lasts 2 maybe 3 hours. I put it to the test today for football and it passed with flying colours.

Pump 3/5
If I did isolated training, I may give it more but I do athletic strength training. Low reps, more sets and work a lot on functional strength and relative strength rather than hypertrophy. Very being still so no problem getting my veins to pop.

Side effects: 0/5
None. Hence tge low score (0 meaning good).

Endurance: 5/5
Really pulled through playing full game div 1 football and getting my workouts done faster and more efficiently.

Had a rest today. Got my knee smacked a bit at football yesterday. Had a clash tackle. He studded my knee, I dislocated his.
Back tomorrow with front squats and sprints ;)
