    I did it two times in a row. Couldn't believe I lost it, was just 2,5kg increase in weight and the previous set went great, so tried it again..boom, exactly the same spot

  5. Dropped some money off at the bank, got some 92% ground beef and 3 thin sliced top sirloins. Went over to CVS and bought some prep H medicated wipes to hold me over until my appointment

    Leg/Hamstring curls:

    Leg extensions:
    90x12

    Calf Raises:
    3 sets of 25(controlled, different positioning)
    Burnout Set: as many as possible

    Body weight squats:
    1 set of 50 times

    Still tweaking my volume and weights for leg days. I have good form on my squats with this weight and volume.. could still probably add some more weight without sacrificing my form. Rained all day today so I didn't sprint outside. Weird weather but it'll come to pass.

    If you're on the AM app for phones pics don't load well on it. I sometimes go on AM through a web browser on my phone to see ppls pics

  10. Finished up a long day of work. Decided to make some steak and eggs, great call! Got off work tomorrow, can't wait to lift.

    Too many of my friends fleeing the iPhones. Everyone is starting to give up the trend lol. On another note, legs still destroyed from the other day, must of done really good. Think I'm lifting chest today. Next Monday I want to switch up my lifting splits, been doing a 5 day split forever. Want to change it up for once. Gotta do some research on programs before Monday!

    Decline pushups:

    Incline pushups:

    Wide grip pushups:
    3 sets of 15

    Dumbbell chest flyes:

    Incline dumbbell presses:

    40x10

    Decline ab curls:
    3 sets of 15

    Wheel of Death:
    3 sets of 10

    Felt awesome today. Rly killed it on the bench, been feeling rly confident about it lately. Had great focus on my muscles today and squeezed em good. Core workout felt a bit off since I hit it the other day. Back Felt real tight during it but I kept going. Tossed some bad meat and had to finish my lean ground beef for dinner. Legs still are sore from the other day!

  22. Happy independence day! Not just a day, and it's not over yet! In America with failed Keynesian economists who are both republican and democrat. Marxist planks controlling our society, inflation robbing the poor and claiming it helps, massive government debt and too much power at the top. Hopefully after this next crash Americans can actually educate themselves instead of believing liberal hypocrisies!
