    Time for Kenpo to go Alpha. Bloodwork shows all is well and hormones are back to what they were before my run of 1Andro last year in October. This time it's a bulk cycle using Finaflex 1Alpha cycle for 6 weeks.

    Finaflex 1Alpha: 3/4/4/4/4/3 1 every 6 hrs
    Omega Oil: 4/4/4/4/4/4 2AM/2PM

    Supporting supplements:
    PWO: As needed
    iForce Compete
    iForce Joint Help
    Glucosamine
    Whey Protein Isolate
    Multivitamin
    Taurine

    Post Cycle Therapy:
    Finaflex Revolution: 2/2/2/2 PM

    I'm bound and determined to PR to 250 on this cycle! Felt a little "off" for this workout.

    Had a suggestion to vary my lifts, cut sets down a bit and add assistance lifts. Point taken. I guess I was in rut as for my workout routine. So, will be switching things up.

    Dropped Creatrona for now ( saving for PCT). 1Alpha still every 8 hours. Slight headaches but nothing new as the same happened on 1Andro. They pass after a few days.

    Added IML Anabolic Matrix to the mix for the loss of testosterone help. The boys are starting to ache. Muscles are feeling fuller and starting to feel the more rapid recovery. Calories are at 2100 per day and will be upping these soon.

    i don't understand the addition of Anabolic Matrix to the fray ?? you are already elevating T with the 1-alpha
    definitely would advise upping the cals while on straight 1-alpha, put some size on you

    Thanks Snags. I thought Anabolic Matrix would stir production of my natural T and keep the boys happier by working them? Am I wrong?

    Yes, calories are going up today to 2600.

    and remember - there is no natural test booster that is going to overpower the strength of hormonal action

    good deal on the cals, maybe even 2850 or so for you

    Got it. Dropping Anabolic Matrix and going up to 2850 on calories (while watching the waistline for too much width. Lol )
