    Hahahahaha! LMAO. I meant to say that the spandex yoga pants on all the young ladies on those machines really help me lift those weights. Oh, to be 25 again!

    Yeah I'm broke and turning 21 yoga pants are the best.. my gf wears em all the time and she comes to the rec center with me just to distract me o.o

    PCT Day 28 (Weight 164) +6 lbs

    Back in my own gym! Thank goodness! Hate those hotel gyms!

    Ironmaster bench tried to kill me today! Had it for 6 years and never noticed it never "locked" in the final flat bench notch. It's capable of inclining and has a series of notches to allow one to adjust to many angles. Was loaded up with DBs and sat on the end of the bench. Bam! Bench went to seated position and I landed right on my arse while holding the DBs!

    Oh boy, I'm always picking those movements that cause the most injury. Looking for a lift to develop inner chest. Noticed the hex presses you guys were discussing. Maybe I should switch to them?

    Hex press is paying off for me, from what I've noticed so far. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to develop inner chest. Make sure you're pressing the DBs together hard all the way through the motion.

    Its good stuff. Chest development has more to do with where the muscles attach to the bone and such but I've seen some improvement throwing these in. Using a hammer strength press and pressing across the body is good too.

    PCT Day 30 (Weight 164) +6 lbs

    Leaning out in the stomach area. Wasn't a lot of fat there but a little more than I like (34 inch waist). Did not have an appetite yesterday and combined with work stress.

    You both are making me feel fat! Under 34" waist! I keep telling myself it's the massive size of my spinal erector muscles that give the added girth. Lol

    bone structure a big portion of this as monte says..
    you are also an older fella - you accumulate more in life as you go generally speaking
    gravity also tends to flatten you and make you "squatter" over the yrs - is why you hear so many retired folks say they used to be x tall, but now are y (ie and inch or even more shorter)

    Yep. My joints are very small but my rib cage and waist are big. At 192lbs I had a 33 inch waist

    Yah I have wider hips which make me look a little bigger waisted from the front but when I turn sideways my waist dissapears...

    Well this depends my waist IE one inch above my belly button is is about 31-32 when I am SHREDDED but I wear 29's when I am that small. Now I think my waist is about 34-35 but my 34 inch pants are sagging in front but tight on the glutes and thighs. Seems we have very similiar structures though, tiny joints, narrow hips and a large rib cage. Biggest difference is you own a waist and my hip bones damn near touch my bottom ribs.


    Kenpo, you rocked this again as expected! Up 6 lbs and leaner at the end of PCT and what you were up like 6 or 7 at the end of the last one too? Man you have really added some quality size the last couple months VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!

    California guys.....and gals. Some were great looking and some were just plain weird! Lol

    Thanks Kleen. Before Finaflex I was about 150 lean. After two cycles I'm right around 164 lean. So added 14 lbs in about 9 months! Very happy with the results but, as you know, I've been busting butt in the workouts!

    325 is Light as a feather for you!! Yeah I leaned up well on my pct with PCT Revo Black and added DAA (altho mine was PureTest). Great combo though!

    Lol. 325 DL was "light" due to the PWO Stimul8 that I'm testing. Holy mackerel that stuff can make you feel young and strong again!

    Proper PCT, I'm learning, is critical to keeping those hard earned gains. I used Finaflex Revolution Black and Pure Test last cycle but hated the caps. Much prefer powder and this time it was dPol powder for the DAA.
