    DPol at 2 servings (6 g DAA) plus 4 ABE per day. Dosing this with food otherwise GI issues.

    I miss 1Alpha already! Other than that all is well.

    Hmm. I was under the impression that DAA was supposed to be dosed at 6 g per day. Mistaken?

  14. Most people need extra work on the rear delt. Personally love the bent over raises, just as long as your back day is not followed by your shoulder day, you can work the rear delt twice.

    Otherwise I would do them with shoulders(because you have a shoulder day.....if shoulders are part of chest or back, I would pair it with back)

    Feeling strong. Strength is still here as I set another PR on my deadlift. Question: Reading about DAA timing of dose. Some say before bed and others say during the day because test production at night is highest and don't want DAA to mess with nighttime production. Any thoughts?

  17. Half when you wake up and half in the afternoon is best. But since ur using the supp u are using then about an hour pre workout on training days and first thing in the morning on non training days is how I would dose it.

    Eating like a horse and still maintaining weight. AE makes you eat like this and crave water. It also feels like you are a nuclear reactor. I sweat just sitting at my desk. Splitting my dPol into half scoop in morning and half in afternoon. Revolution Black and DAA is starting to bring the boys back to life.
