    Why 6g of DAA? 3g is plenty.....and 6 would surely be a cause of GI issues.

    Hmm. I was under the impression that DAA was supposed to be dosed at 6 g per day. Mistaken?

    Most people need extra work on the rear delt. Personally love the bent over raises, just as long as your back day is not followed by your shoulder day, you can work the rear delt twice.

    Otherwise I would do them with shoulders(because you have a shoulder day.....if shoulders are part of chest or back, I would pair it with back)

    Feeling strong. Strength is still here as I set another PR on my deadlift. Question: Reading about DAA timing of dose. Some say before bed and others say during the day because test production at night is highest and don't want DAA to mess with nighttime production. Any thoughts?

    Half when you wake up and half in the afternoon is best. But since ur using the supp u are using then about an hour pre workout on training days and first thing in the morning on non training days is how I would dose it.

    Eating like a horse and still maintaining weight. AE makes you eat like this and crave water. It also feels like you are a nuclear reactor. I sweat just sitting at my desk. Splitting my dPol into half scoop in morning and half in afternoon. Revolution Black and DAA is starting to bring the boys back to life.

    yeah those wide weather variances can surely affect the old man body, moreso than younger for sure
    I noticed last yr, playing tennis in the 80s & 90s was not quite as easy as playing when it's 70s - and it's never really bothered me much previously, just sweat more is all

    highly doubt this is cns issue..but, just listen to your body mark - you know it best!

    Trying to increase calories because AE seems to want to cut weight. Literally I can gorge on carbs during the day and wake up and be lighter.

    Started off with an upper back workout then switched to a boxer's workout:

    Crunches, heavy bag and speed bag.

    Hi Chef. 1Alpha has treated me well this cycle. My strength went through the roof on it and I broke many of my PRs and continue to do so. I think more size could have been had but I made the mistake of not immediately increasing calories. I was thinking it would add bulk too quickly and I tried to keep calories at a lower amount. My thinking was slow gains means more kept gains at the end of PCT. Good luck with this brother.
