    Day 21 (Weight 166) +8 lbs

    Half of this 1Alpha cycle is done. Strength is through the roof and I'm watching my lifts so as not to damage tendons or joints. Fish oil and Joint Help are keeping the dry joint issues at bay.

    Was planning on adding 550XD tomorrow but now not sure if I just want to stay with 1Alpha and just increase dose from 3 to 4 caps per day. Any thoughts Finaflex Reps?

    Personally loved 1 alpha at 4 caps. Insane strenght gain on cycle. Good old days, oh well, definitely do 1alpha again this year.

    Never did the 550XD, but really don't think it will be a problem to run it along side the 4caps of 1 alpha.

    Thanks GT. I thought I would have a good bit of stomach fat along with the gains by now. In addition I planned on the joint issues that others were experiencing. Figured I'd be recomping and relieving joint aches with 550XD. I'm just not having any big issues with either fat nor joints so far.

    or do you wanna tighten the leash on cal intake, and solidify things a bit while also cushioning joints?

    Think I'd like to keep eating big and add some more bulk. Joints are just fine with the increased fish oil, glucosamine and Joint Help. So it sounds like I need to save the 550XD and up the dose of 1Alpha from 3 to 4 per day (1 every 6 hours). Sound good?

    Same mentality for me. Broke some prs with epi v the other day but when I reach summer for my next cycle, I want to really break some plateaus!

    If you hit a snag (ha ha....) on the weight then up the calories some. I'd try to keep fat the same but up protein and carbs a little for the calorie differance.

    Amazing to me the difference between 1Andro and 1Alpha as far as weight gain. On the 1Andro cycle I put weight on like crazy. With 1Alpha not so much. Not complaining as my stomach area is not bloated and I seem much drier with 1Alpha. Will tweak the protein and carbs up. Thanks Monte.

    I added latest macros to my spreadsheet and average is 2310 cals 167p/232c/73f. Hmm better get to increasing eating! Funny how macros look when you track them on paper !

    I would rather see something more like 200/200/73, or 200p/225c/60f if looking to stick around the same average calories. Either way the protein being higher is going to help you add more muscle. While "on" your body increases protein synthesis so take advantage and supply it with lots of protein.

    Took the entire weekend off from lifting. Felt rundown and taxed. Refeed and rest. Upped calories. Only sides now is that typical ache as the testicles shrink otherwise feeling better this morning.

    Weight went up a bit I see. The weekend rest did you good with those new pr's though! Awesome work brother. And if that upper chest is lagging throw in some weak point training. Maybe hit an Incline machine after barbell or dumbbell incline press, incline flys. Another trick would be cable crossovers but instead of bringing the hands together at the middle of your chest try to bring them together more around the collar bone. Just a couple ideas to throw in extra during workouts or on a second day.

    Good points for upper chest.

    Another one I like(as 3 exercise after incline presses and fly's) is: reverse grip presses, or incline reverse grip presses.

    Just adjust the weight....it's pretty heavy on the shoulders, so start of light.

    You can also do them with dumbbells. Bit easier.

    The dumbbell twist press is good for the upper / inner pecs too.

    Big strength is still here. I'm purposely holding back on the weight to save the joints. PRs are still happening.

    Ran out of time. Will incorporate the reverse grip presses and the twisting presses. Thanks guys. Finaflex rocks this house!

    Tweaked a muscle in my upper back while doing DB Shrugs! Damn! Stopped immediately so I hope it's minor or just a spasm!

    DB Shrugs
    110x1. Lol.

    Big strength still here. Alpha feeling in and out if the gym. Have to be more careful.
