Eating like a horse and still maintaining weight. AE makes you eat like this and crave water. It also feels like you are a nuclear reactor. I sweat just sitting at my desk. Splitting my dPol into half scoop in morning and half in afternoon. Revolution Black and DAA is starting to bring the boys back to life.

yeah those wide weather variances can surely affect the old man body, moreso than younger for sure
I noticed last yr, playing tennis in the 80s & 90s was not quite as easy as playing when it's 70s - and it's never really bothered me much previously, just sweat more is all
highly doubt this is cns issue..but, just listen to your body mark - you know it best!

Trying to increase calories because AE seems to want to cut weight. Literally I can gorge on carbs during the day and wake up and be lighter.
Started off with an upper back workout then switched to a boxer's workout:

Bent Over Kettlebell Figure Eight
Crunches, heavy bag and speed bag.
